The lady at the desk was rude. Asked me what I wanted with an attitude when I was trying to be polite. I asked about inspections and she told me they don’t do state inspections. Then dismissed me without giving any helpful information on where else I could go. It’s not like google is very helpful. I have to drive to 4 or 5 different places that on google say they do inspections. Only to find out in person they don’t. It’s a frustrating experience all around.
Officers are knowledgeable and helpful. Be careful with the lady on the phone.
She set up my app with one city, called to confirm and told me that I scheduled at a different location than at the app's time With attitude told me I need to go to another location. Very hard to talk to.
Este es el peor lugar. Los trabajadores son muy pedantes y arrogantes. Te tratan muy mal te gritan muy feo y una tal Sabrina es peor esa mujer no debería de estar en este lugar x su arrogancia es muy mala. Que la corran.
Really bad service. The person on the phone literally gave me an attitude for not knowing what vin number and title meant. And then put me on hold bc she didn’t wanna talk to me anymore lol. And then the second person who picked up was nice but told me they don’t inspect cars for motor vehicle inspection when it clearly says motor vehicle inspection? She was at least helpful with me by giving me other places numbers and address though. But that first lady I spoke in the beginning was so extremely rude.
Super disappointed I bought a truck and a car and fix everything airbags and put all parts new and tock all paperwork and brought everything that i was supposed to bcuz ive always take my salvage cars there n nd haven’t had any denies in the past years until this past inspections and theirs this short lady that was really rude and denied my inspections for no damn reasons but other staff is always been very friendly except for her she got on me like she was racist or anything like that! Bad bad service on her
Terrible. Do not go here for inspections. I was very nice and I dealt with a very terse and rude woman who did not want to provide any helpful information whatsoever.
Easy to set up an appointment and they really get you in and out, would highly recommend this location for any of your inspections, DL test/permits…It’s like an all on one center, so you don’t have to drive 3 different places!
Don't waste your time. They only do salvage inspections at this Hi-PO location, although that detail is not noted or advertised anywhere on the building or signage. They do not do regular state vehicle inspections. ZERO stars.
I have been there 2 times recently, both times all the officers were nice & helpful. Laughed & joked around while getting the job done & explaining what is going on in the process & how things worked on something that I have never been thru with a boat.
