I can't speak on the experience from a buyer's perspective, but I had a car appraised through them recently. I reiterated through text/phone that I had offers that I wouldn't go lower than and that if they can't beat the existing offers, it'd be best to save both of our time. They gave me a "ballpark estimate" that made it sound like they could beat the offers and got me in just to give me a significantly lower appraisal than anyone else has.
I spoke with several other dealers and they were able to be upfront on whether they could beat the other offers or not and I wish this place would've done the same.
Chayse is the best!! He's helped me out twice, this last car I bought was a steal of a deal!! I will always send my friends and family here for used vehicles!
We were initially impressed with our used 2016 Honda Odyssey and the repairs made prior to purchase. I am giving 1 star based on the way this dealership handled our issue after purchase. Our used vehicle left our family stranded on the side of the interstate after less than 2k miles from purchase with a failed alternator/battery. This dealership provides no gaurantee for vehicles over 100k miles so we would strongly encourage you to purchase the extended warranty for ~$1800 extra or avoid cars that do not qualify for their extended warranty. After a $1500 repair/tow bill just after purchase it was difficult to get any reply from the dealership and when we finally did get a response, they offered us a free oil change to help compensate for the repairs on this $17k used vehicle. Customer satisfaction is not their top priority as claimed on the website and their reconditioned vehicles are not as exceptional as they claim.
Was watching them yesterday unload SUVs from the back of a car hauler driving them off the back in full throttle reverse dropping them 2 feet off the back of it. Absolutely inspect if you buy from them.
Front of the building also says grand opening but it has a ton of 5 star reviews from months ago leading me to believe the reviews are fake
