We are celebrating our 36th year in business in 2023, serving the tire and automotive service needs of the Kansas City area. Our all-encompassing auto service provides basic needs from oil changes to engine changes and all services in between. Additionally, we have a mobile service truck to handle your tire and battery needs. We are AAA-Approved and employ ASE Certified technicians.

Needed to get a state inspection for my car and loved that I could drop off and get a call when it was finished. Got a call while during inspection to have a cleanup and due to try and detect potential leaks. My family trusts oades brothers to give us factual information. My father in law is an ex Air Force crew chief and if he doesn’t know how to fix it we take it to y’all. Thank you for being honest! It’s hard to find these days sometimes!
The zip ties came off the panel that covers my oil pan on my way to another appt so I stopped at their shop. Friendly man at counter said they would be happy to look at it. Pulled it in immediately and had it back, fixed in about 5 minutes. Then they didn't even charge me for their time! I am so grateful! Good folks are still out there! Thank you!
Oades Brothers took good care of me, and my car. They checked things out thoroughly, installed four new tires, balanced and aligned everything. And all with courtesy and at a reasonable price!
They usually can get you in promptly. I have generally used them for oil changes but prices have gone up so I'm not sure I'll keep using them. Sometimes they price well for repairs, others they are pretty high. Customer service is good but they always seem to find something that needs fixed with our vehicles that other shops say isn't urgent or necessary
Was out of town for work, woke up at the hotel and came out to a flat tire, limped it to the closest gas station, aired it up, saw the best reviews for Oades. Decided to try to make it there (15 min away). Had me in and out within 30-40 minutes with a tire patch/ plug. Super impressive, and im a car guy. Whats up with the ATS-V back there boys?! Lol. Regardless, would recommend 100%
They really helped me out. I took my front tire from my zero turn that had came off the rim the young man I was speaking with smiled and said let's see it. He looked at it and said we can help you out and carried it into his shop and fixed it and pointed out it had a tiny leak and there plugs are to big for that tire and recommended something like slime should fix it then carried it out to my car for me. I asked what do I owe you? He replayed nothing no worries. If your looking for a repair shop give this business a try I highly recommend them they are located in Lee's Summit
I went in to get a tire repaired, had a slow leak. They were not able to plug it because it was along the side wall and needed to be replaced. They quoted me a set of new tires and changed out my damaged tire with my spare. Didn’t charge me anything for the work they did today! I would highly recommend!
I was so nervous when I called, afraid a tire would go flat before I could get in, they got me in quickly, removed the nail from my tire, fixed it and back on the road. Reasonable price too! I need anything else, I know where I am going!
Oades Brothers in Lees Summit was very helpful. They evaluated my vehicle well and didn’t try and over charge me or sell me stuff I didn’t need. I feel like there prices are fair as well.
Because some shops shy away from repair of 6 way power seats I suspect the diagnosis and repair is challenging and likely to consume more time than can be charged for. Oates was willing to take it on and to accommodate me with drop off scheduling. Very satisfied
Dishonest and Unprofessional – Beware of This Shop!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband scheduled a 12:00pm appointment for our son’s car to get a 4-wheel alignment. I dropped the car off at 11:45 and was told it would take a couple of hours. At 1:30, I called to check the status and was told there was just one car ahead of mine and that we were next. By 2:45, the car still hadn’t even been touched.
When I went inside to ask why, the employee with the black rubber things in his ears told me they had noticed the car had been in an accident and had already pulled it onto the rack. That was an outright lie—because I receive alerts every time the car is turned on or off, and no such alerts came through. When my husband called to question him, the employee actually admitted, “well I basically lied about that.” Yes, he admitted to lying.
To make matters worse, he explained that customers who wait in the lobby take precedence over appointments. That is absolutely ridiculous and defeats the entire purpose of scheduling ahead of time. Then, instead of taking responsibility, he suggested the car might have suspension issues and they might not be able to complete the alignment anyway. Finally, he got an attitude and told us we could just take the car.
This entire experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and a complete waste of almost four hours of my time. If they didn’t want to work on the car, they should have been honest from the start instead of lying and stringing us along. We will never return, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values honesty, professionalism, or basic customer service.
I had them patch a tire and tire rotation. They were fast efficient and their pricing was very good. Very professional friendly staff, these guys know their stuff!! I would highly recommend them!!
Best Customer Service Ever!! Everyone was kind and so efficient! They quickly greeted me when I walked. I went in for an inspection and also got my tires rotated. This will be my to go place for oil changed and what ever service I need. Best 1st impression EVER !
They’ve always treated me right, and didn’t try to up-sell me on anything unless it was, like, SUPER important. More like “hey, we noticed X was cracked and leaking, so you want us to take care of that? Here’s how much it will cost.”
And since they’re VASTLY cheaper than the dealership (my repair today was quoted at 2600$ at the Dealership; Oades did it for 330$)…I trust them with my cars.

I had a flat tire emergency this weekend. I called in distress and the staff was very helpful. Even tho their day was very busy they still had me in and out in time for my sisters baby shower. Thank you so much. This is why yall are our tire shop!
I worked with two gentlemen today. Both were pleasant and professional. They performed the task that I asked for, made sure I got my senior discount, and let me know of upcoming issues that will need attention on my car, but did not try to over pressure me to get them done today. They presented me with a written notice of needs for my vehicle, with a full estimate as to the cost. I will definitely use them for any future service.

Had my car towed to their shop last night, setup an appointment online for noon today and they found/fixed the problem by 2pm. Cost was a fraction of what I expected. I normally work on my own cars but I’ll be coming here more often!
Great people Great service. Above expectations. I got there an hour before closing and they were attentive of what I needed since I was pulling a trailer and my truck tire air was caming out they didn’t stop until finding the problem and get it fixed.

Oades Brothers Tire and Auto Service of Lees Summit offers top notch service. I had a flat tire, which was ruined. I called, they suggested some tire options, I chose the ones I wanted, they ordered them and were able to get them in the next day ( a Sat) and scheduled an appointment to put on all 4 tires and do an alignment. They were busy, but fit me in so I wouldn’t have to drive on the spare for any longer than I had to. Great customer service and reasonable prices!!

We are regular customers because this is the place I’ve found that I TRUST. Took our Pilot in for a very intermittent no-start issue. Of course the problem decided not to act up at the shop so they couldn’t identify the problem with 100% certainty. The electrical connections and switches all checked out as good. Making the starter the most likely culprit. They could have easily recommended replacing an expensive starter, which would admittedly be an educated guess. They offered that as an option but were honest and up front that they would prefer to get a clear diagnosis by bringing the car back when it’s acting up again. “We don’t like throwing parts at a problem without a clear diagnosis “. I really appreciate this fair and transparent approach. Nothing destroys trust more than paying for a repair that doesn’t fix the problem.
First off, I got the date of my appointment wrong because I’m like the scarecrow in Wizard of Oz. They worked with my schedule and thankfully had time to look at my car a day early. Unfortunately, the concerns with my European car were too extensive for them to take care of, but they were able to provide me with a phone number of another place that could help. Also, they didn’t charge me for the time they spent looking at my car.
I went in last week to get everything checked out underneath my car and get my display screen fixed and they were amazing and didn’t try to sell me on anything at all (which as a woman is rare to find) and they were so helpful and actually listened to me when I told them what I thought was wrong and kept me from having to spend way more money than I would’ve needed to. Went back again today for an oil change and they were amazing yet again! They have great customer service and didn’t make me feel like I was gonna have to fight to not get anything extra added on
Oades Brothers is my go to, trusted auto service shop. Had the oil/filter changed and tires rotated for a GREAT price. Fast, efficient and professional. Great to see Mike Marshall is back. Oades will do what you need, point out any issues you need to know but NEVER try to upsell you. Great local business.
