Took vehicle to service for an issue. First trip did not fix issue. Took it back. Still didn't fix the problem. I ended up taking it to another dealer who fixed the issue. No rental was offered for my time away from my car, which ended up being a big hassle for my disabled wife to take me back and forth. I am ok with the fact that they fixed exactly what they said they did, but the problem was actually less complicated. I, however "know a guy" that helped me out. And since it was still under warranty, it was fixed in a timely manner. Second dealership supplied a rental without question.

Bradley Riley was our salesman and he took great care of us. He had the vehicles ready that we wanted to look at and he was very helpful in answering our questions and trying make sure we got the right car for us.

I went in there with the purpose of getting a new jeep. Ran into some problems but Taylor did her magic and so did Derek Nicole was amazing with clearing and getting our vehicles ready for us. The experience was great. But with Nicole handling the vehicles and Taylor doing what she does best it all came together and we got our new vehicles. The finance team was amazing. Paperwork was a lil off but we caught it in time and they fixed it Derek was a chill guy but again they made it work and it worked out for us they took really good care of us. Even tho they didn't have to they stayed after hours to get us those vehicles do I recommend them yes. Don't think about go there and get your new car

I would not recommend this service department. We took our van in for an oil change and to check why our check engine light was on. Since, we have had to initiate all the updates. Every time other than the initial time we called to see if they found anything with the engine light, they told us our van will likely be ready tmrw.. that was nearly a week ago, no call or update since. They’ve had the van for 2 weeks tmrw. Had they have been more transparent with the expected time frame and had decent customer service to update their clients we would’ve taken the time to get a rental car or better prepared. They have made us feel that our business is not valued and that we are just a number to them.

Purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee last night with Jeff Daniels. A truly AMAZING experience all the way around. Didn't have allot of time. He was able to do a lot by text and had everything ready when we arrived last evening. Even talked us through construction does and stayed on the phone with us till we safely arrived. Jeff is simply the BEST. The finance guy was phenomenal as well. Both were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind with all of our questions even though it was after 7pm closing time. If you need a vehicle, we would highly recommend JEFF DANIELS and McCarthy Jeep. They all go above and beyond!

I was car shopping all week. The best deal I found was at McCarthy Lees Summit. Drove off in my 1st Hybrid. Didn’t even realize how many features were packed into my new Pacifica Hybrid S Appearance. I am still finding things I didn’t know. Its on par with a Cadillac, so smooth, so quiet, spacious, loaded with tech. I love the tech. But now I found out that there are parks around town that have free charging. So I can like go for a walk, play some frisbee and when I leave I have 14-20 EV miles of driving that I didn’t have before having that fun. This van is good for my health and my pocket and style. But more about McCarthy. They made the negotiations easy. The sales people are friendly, funny, and low pressure. I like my car days later more than I liked it the day I got it. I would recommend McCarthy and I would recommend a Pacifica hybrid. Its been a great experience!

The entire staff at this location was incredible! Easy to work with and very responsive to any and all questions! Mellissa our saleswoman was an absolute delight. Very personable and extremely responsive to messages even when not working. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She went above and beyond for us and is the only reason I purchased not 1 but 2 vehicles from them within 5 days! Even the finance department Jordan and Kevin were amazing. Educated and knowledgeable with any concerns or questions we had!! You would be doing yourself a disservice if you bought any Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep product from anyone other than them!

We purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from your dealership. We enjoyed working with Brad Riley during the demo ride and talking about the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed our experience with Jordan, the finance manager. The dealership had an automated screen to view and sign all the documents so there was no paper documents. It worked very smoothly. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

Phenomenal experience with Ben Josh and the whole team here!! I had my drivers license fall behind the electronics through a small slot in my car, stressed as going to the DMV sounded awful and I figured I would have to get a appointment at a dealer to see if they could try and remove a panel and retrieve it. Ben was so kind and welcoming and told me over the phone to come on in and they’d take a look and see what they could do. I was so excited they were willing to see me right away. Everyone was so nice when I walked in the door, Ben immediately came out to my car and looked and then took it back to service and him and Josh were able to retrieve it! When I tell you I had tears in my eyes! I have never had such a kind, welcoming, helpful experience at a dealership before (my Jeep is new to me and this was the first time bringing it to this dealership). I can’t express enough how appreciative I am of Ben, Josh, and the entire team here. It was an incredible experience, I did not feel like a burden at all everyone seemed genuinely happy to help. I couldn’t believe they went above and beyond and took it back right then and there and got it for me! I will definitely be coming back here for all my jeeps service needs and can’t recommend Ben and his team enough!!

Our growing family was in need of a large SUV; I found a used Ford Expedition at McCarthy that seemed to boast the space and storage we could most certainly use. I scheduled a test drive online, and every step in the process from that point forward was seamless. I was sent a detailed video of the vehicle prior to our appointment (a nice surprise). Upon arrival, I saw it was clean and waiting at the front for us. Asa greeted us as we walked into the dealership and was at the ready with all the information we needed upfront. He was warm, honest, and personable. We really enjoyed getting to know him as we made the decision to purchase our new SUV. The sales manager talked things through with us, and the finance director was wonderful as well—made everything painless and enjoyable. Buying a vehicle is a big leap and sometimes a painstaking process; however, the team at McCarthy defied those stigmas—they’re amazing! Our car is pristine, comfortable, practical, beautiful, safe, well-maintained, and LARGE—a perfect match. We can’t wait to go on some fun-filled family adventures, and we can’t thank this team enough for setting us up with the vehicle that meets all our needs. Our expectations have been exceeded in every possible way.

Initially, it was good, but after finally finding a car we were interested in we told them we would buy it if they replaced the windshield that had a Crack in it. They promised to get it replaced. We came to get the car the next day and ended up waiting all morning to get the deal done. Nothing was prepared and we ended up doing everything with a new person who wasn't involved in the deal originally. We brought them the check for the car abs they promised to get someone to come to our house to get the windshield replaced. Never happened. Nice inventory of cars but if you're high on trust, customer service, or follow through I would look elsewhere.

I came in a few weeks ago for an oil change and an oil leak, my concern was that there was oil leaking from the PCV hose going to the air box and all over my filter and intake. The service writer wanted to argue with me, told me he's not gonna waste their time because it wasn't actively leaking and that I needed to put an after-market oil catch can on my vehicle that has less than 18,000 miles. I went to a different dealership and they fixed it without question. Whereas this dealership refused to fix the issue and told me that nothing was wrong with it. Pictures below.

This all started with 3 simple fixes to my car. Just to get it diagnosed took 2 days when I was told it should only take 1 day by my service advisor Greg. Well then it was time to get it fixed my husband went to pick it up because after last time I just felt unheard by anyone and it was scratched on the paint and center console broken hood lack and didn’t change the oil. I spoke with Joe the GM when Dillon wouldn’t answer my phone calls or was told he was to busy for me and he just made me feel so stupid for feeling unsafe about my hood lack being broken as it moved around freely on my floor bored as it was still connected to the cable. Dillon the service manger who would NEVER talked to me till today when I went to pick up my car from being fixed from there damaged As I picked my car up Dillon said that I need to have my husband give a 5 star review and I had to inform him AGAIN that my husband doesn’t have a single thing with it and has been informed about that already as it’s my car and not his, making me feel unheard once again and May I add my scratch aren’t even all fix so now I have to pay out of my own pocket to get it fixed so I know it’s done right

Buying the car was a fine enough experience and I really liked the salesman. However, I was told at signing that I was required to buy this $1495 membership package and that it was required on all vehicle purchases or leases. One year later it is impossible to redeem any of the items on this list. I did get one oil change redeemed, but I have left two voicemails trying to get service scheduled and finally had to go to another dealership to get an oil change. Additionally, I hit a pothole a few months ago and as a result had two bulging tires. I came to purchase two new tires and it was recommended to me to buy four new tires to "keep it even." That is a ridiculous recommendation for a vehicle that has less than 15,000 miles. Everything just feels high-pressure salesy/scammy instead of what is actually needed. As a result I probably would not return here for future vehicle purchases or for any reason outside of redeeming what I've already paid for.

I was just looking to upgrade on my 2017 jeep wrangle. I walked into the showroom. I met met with Derrick he was very polite and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and what price range I could manage. I saw saw a jeep I absolutely loved on the showroom floor a little out of my price range but somehow he was able to get it close to were I needed to be and bam I'm now driving the jeep I've always dreamed of having! Thank you Derrick for working so hard to make this happen. 5 service.

Serice counter representative was rude and seemed annoyed. Expressed that now I would be charged 180.00 to clear a code that service department told me the evening prior "Would be no problem and no charge to clear" while I was in the dealership buying the part they advised. When informed of whom I had spoken with the evening prior he replied, "That's too bad". 10/10 do not recommend. On a positive note the Chevrolet dealership right down the road was willing to clear the code for no charge and with a better attitude.

I just want to take a moment to thank Malissa for everything she did in helping me get my dream car. As someone who’s freshly out of high school and still young, I was nervous about the whole process, but Malissa was there for me every step of the way. What really stood out to me is how she was willing to risk her day off to help me get everything set up. She was so patient and kind, never rushing me through any part of the process. One thing I really appreciated was how she made sure I didn’t sign anything until my mom had a chance to speak with her about the plan. That extra care and attention made me feel really comfortable and supported. I’m honestly so glad it was Malissa who helped me purchase this beautiful Charger. She went above and beyond, and I feel really lucky to have met her. Malissa is more than just a salesperson; she’s like a mentor to me. She gave me some great advice on what to focus on as I start out and how to build from here. It wasn’t just about making the sale for her—it was about setting me up for success in the long run. On top of that, she’s just really cool and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Malissa is truly incredible, and I’m thankful for all her help. It was good for the most part there are some things to be fixed on the truck I purchased. I was assured issues would be fixed and parts were ordered and they would be getting the parts installed as soon as possible.
