Great customer service! This place diagnosed our bad battery, sold me a replacement AND installed it in about 10 minutes. Kaden was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

I was able to find everything I needed by using the QR codes available in the aisles. They had a nice selection of inventory. Customer service is not a priority here. Maybe A.I. will take over this store and that’ll help get that missing part back…

When into this story to recycle a battery stood the for a few mins. Not one employee said hello? How are? Do you need a recycle or need a new battery. Yes they were with a customer. Yet when they were done with said customer still nothing from an employee. So I sat the battery on the counter to get valve stem caps. Still nothing. I am very big on customer service as that is what I do. This store just lost my business because they couldn’t even bother to say hello.

I've always found courteous and professional counter help at this location. If they don't have an item in stock, they order it and most times it will arrive within a few hours. One thing I really appreciate is that they give me a 10% Veteran's discount on my purchases.

Hugely Helpful, never condescending or dismissive like some parts stores are to “girls”. (That’s the attitude, but NOT at this place!) Easy access, great location next to gas, groceries with pharmacy, hardware, cleaners. Free battery test, too.

O'Reilly has always gone above and beyond for me. Sam was the best, he saved me over $130 by showing me how to install my own filters. He saved the day, and that means the world to me. I live alone, so there is only 1 income in my house and I dont make a ton of money, he really lifted a weight off my shoulders that day. O'Reilly I am a forever lifetime customer! Thank you soooo much and please make sure that someone lets Sam know how much what he did for me, meant! He is the kind of young man you want working at your stores, he will make sure your clients return! Thanks again, Michelle!

Driving some elses car while they borrow the truck. Lousy wipers on it. They were a great help. I didn't know the year, and it had weird connectors. But they helped like a champ, even when I started to rain again.

I brought my SUV in to try and find very specific screws for the license plates and an employee named Andrew did everything he could to try and help me find ones that fit. He even put my license plate mount on my car for me. All the employees were very helpful.

I will start this out by saying that I go to this O'Reilly's location practically every time I need any auto parts, and they do a good job. Their customer service is not 100%, but I'm sure that there's so much they have to deal with, know, remember, and memorize that it can be hard to do everything, especially if they do not know your situation. That being said, I had called in a handful of hours ago to have two brake pistons and two brake caliper kits (a boot, a gasket, and a bleeder cap), and only one caliper kit was ordered. They were very friendly with me, as much as possible, because I was also returning two items from two different transactions, one online, and they got everything taken care of and were not visibly worried or stressed about it. Very friendly people, be open-minded and know, going in there, they do not know your exact situation.

Just dropped by to get my headlight bulb changed. A young man named Garrett helped me. As he was ringing me up, I told him that Firestone tried to charge me $64.00 to change my blinker bulb. He said “well I’ll look at it and see if I can change it” Took him all of 5 seconds! I was so happy! He jokingly said “that will be $64.00” What a great kid! I appreciate that I can make a quick stop to buy a bulb or windshield wipers and they will put them in. Thanks again Garrett!

This is literally the best O’reillys out there! Friendly, quick, and some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Also want to give a big shout out to Scott and Paul… They are hands-down, without a doubt some of the best and most knowledgeable guys you can talk to! I give it five stars, and would highly recommend you go to this O’Reilly store for any of your auto part needs!

The owner of the store is simply amazing. He was so kind and caring. My car suddenly wouldn’t start this man was so helpful and kind and even so patient with my 6 year old son when he was asking questions. He got my car started back up it ended up being a fuse, but honestly I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. He saved me a lot of time and money. He also helped me switch my old headlight out for my new one which was my original problem and why I went to oreillys in the first place. Thank you again if you see this I truly appreciate you. I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!

I came in to buy some transmission fluid for my Chevy Traverse. The employee was named Sky and he was so helpful. I almost bought the wrong bottle of fluid, but Sky double-checked that he was giving me the correct information and then helped me find the correct product. At the checkout, I made mention of how helpful he was and that my son is interested in working on or around cars when he gets in high school. Sky told me that O'Reilly's hires at 16 years of age and that he is 16! I couldn't believe it! I would have guessed his age at 20 years old (at least) because of the confidence he had when helping me find the right product. I am super impressed with the help I received and even more so impressed by this young man. He was professional and knowledgeable. Good job to O'Reilly's for opening their hiring process to young adults like Sky. This is such an awesome way for younger adults to get comfortable around car parts. The two other men behind the counter were helpful, too.

Outstanding customer service! I needed a replacement battery so I stopped in to see about getting one. Gave the manager the information he needed and the next thing, he has my hood open and is replacing it himself! He told me this is how we do things. Great business practice.

The older white haired gentlemen and the young thin dark haired boy are both extremely unprofessional and just simply rude. How are they going to not only make a customer do the own diagnostic hookup, but to stand in the window, staring and laughing at us? Absolutely disgusting behavior for a customer service role.

Every time I go in the staff is always so kind and helpful. This is the second time I’ve needed a headlight replaced and though my car’s headlamps are kind of tough to get to they installed my left one for me. I am so thankful!

Full disclosure, this review has a VERY limited scope: I stopped in needing only to borrow a ratchet, an extension and two sockets. The guys behind the counter showed me the loaner tool box and were very pleasant and accommodating without acting like I was trying to rob the place (I've had this treatment when borrowing tools from other locations to install a part). I'm not from here, just passing through and the couple loaned tools made all the difference, thanks!

They are always helpful and kind. They always test my vehicle for problems without making me feel like it's a chore. Lucky for me I had a dead battery and not a bad alternator. They took out the old and put in the new at no extra cost while I waited inside.

Maybe I’m just used to my small town O’Reilly’s where everyone is super friendly and greets you but I was super disappointed with this store. There’s was no greeting, no asking what I was looking for, and when I did find what I was looking for (windshield wipers) no one asked if I needed help. Even though there was probably one other customer in the store and 3-4 people staffed that day. I stood out in the rain for awhile figuring out how to do it myself and ended up putting them on backwards so they fell off after 5 minutes of driving later. A gas station down the street ended up helping me.

A very well stocked store to meet all of my automotive needs. From washing to waxing and general maintenance. However, I bought a new Hellcat® that requires Pennzoil Ultra Platinum™ Full Synthetic OW-40 Motor Oil which seems nobody carries. It's only available online.

Cannot say enough about Scott who looked up at smiled at me when I came in and asked what he might do to help me. I told him I was full of stupid questions, since my husband had just passed away and he had taken care of all our vehicles. I'm sorry to say I left the store without spending a cent because Scott told me, honestly, I didn't need to purchase the items I thought I needed, but the entire staff would be there happy to assist me when I did. He even came out in the rain to look under the hood to point out to me how to check a couple of things on my own. I believe I'm old enough to be his grandmother, but I want to tell his mama she raised a good boy and O'Reilly's has a remarkable employee! My husband ALWAYS shopped there and, now, I know why!

Great customer service, they have staff that knows more than other stores. Other O'Reilly stores tell me they wouldn't price match oil and some other items and this one does. The occasional wrong part happens if they forget to ask a question like do you have coil springs or torsion bars. Everyone makes mistakes.
