These guys are very unethical and unprofessional . Travis,the tech whom I talked to on the phone said he would make sure he would get to servicing my tire. He later called me after realizing where I was said that he’s got no trucks available and that he’s going to cancel my service call and just hung up. . Mind you this was on a Friday night when I’m sure he’d rather leave work early and leave me stranded on the road.
Needed a tow to dealer. Called them for quote and got between $800 and $1000. 40 miles towing and received bill $1700. Please be aware when using them. Do not recommend them as they try to get more money after towing so you can’t do anything!
Completely rude and unprofessional lied to about being able to obtain our belongings I was taken into station for testing which I passed now the site says open yet they claim to be closed today. He was telling me I can't get anything when I called my purse was in there and I was completely lied to they are robbers as far as I'm concerned.
Jeremy, the owner, saw us stranded on I 49 and turned around and came back and help get us off of the interstate. Called Jason to come to us on in to the Chevrolet dealership. They were extremely helpful and professional.
3am coming home from a shift in a van I just purchased that morning. Check engine light comes on. Van comes to a stop betweenBelton and Peculiar where there are no highway lights up in this 6 Mike patch. 4 tow service before this company answers the phone. They even called back to let me know they were 15 mins away. Super happy with this service and the tow operators expert use of his equipment to get me loaded and unloaded without a scratch!
Car was in a ditch. They were able to get it out without hooking it up to the truck. This was at 5:30am and the guy was very nice and didnt charge for the help because he didn't have to tow it. Ziptied my bumper for me :)
