We got in accident with rental car. Ace was called. Driver Billy was awesome, professional and very helpful. They get 10 stars from us!
Avoid these clowns at all costs!! Ask for a simple tow to your house after an accident in your own 100% owned car and they’ll impound the car to their lot and hold it ransom at unreasonable rates. I also have good suspicion to believe the tow driver that either carried it to/returned it from the yard also damaged the ignition lock when they couldn’t have the brains to be gentile with a 40+yr old limited edition classic. Also the women who tend to the phones are extremely rude and incompetent at simple local tax calculation.
I have not used them, but just saw them pull over and help a older women push her car to get out on the main road. They did not have to help her. Any company that has people like that on their team are good in my book.
