Was on time was really respectful person called 15 min before he came was at my home for less than 20 min was nothing but a good experience all the way around.
Good made 30 extra bucks after paying for the tow and storage fee. Got to get stuff out of the car and broke even since I had to wait 24 to 48hr for them to come pick it up! Should of called that right away instead of waiting for the next day to call.
I had a jeep grand Cherokee with a blown engine. It had been sitting in my driveway for 6 months and just taking up space so I called this place, they offered me a fair price and picked up the car so no complaints here. They were friendly both on the phone and when they picked up the car. Literally took 5 min to do transaction with tow truck driver and have car loaded and gone. You will need to have title with your name on it and ID or they won't buy it. I don't blame them, alot of scammers and thieves out there.
