I would like to preface this review by saying that I have worked with numerous different parts vendors over the years. Kip T. is absolutely phenomenal. He is SUPER responsive for quotes and accommodating to my needs. I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of times he has pulled through for me and my customers in situations that were less than ideal. The service received here is genuinely great. It is something you will experience no where else. I’d 110% recommend them. The warranty is great, the service is great, and their prices are competitive.

I would have gave this place five stars. They had the part I wanted. It was as good as they said. But the staff was rude. At least in the front area. The people in the back were nice. The lady I originally approached was very unhospitable. Other than that it was a great experience

Bough a transmission from this place and told the salesman that I had the core ready, cody salesman failed to note on the computer instructions, drove 45 minutes to return core just to find out cody ain't here and he also fail to say that they need to torque converter. Wasted time and money and gas for nothing. Stay as far away from this place

Dennis is a reasonable man to do business with. He was able to honor my warranty for a cooling fan that messed up and also helped me with another part and recommendation for a shop for repairs. That shop was also efficient and reasonable. Got my problem taken care of quickly. Thank you Dennis.

They gave me the wrong part and even admitted so, (however in their defense I had the part for 15 months and hadn't installed it yet.) When i got around to having it installed, is when we noticed it was the wrong part. I don't expect my money back, but they didn't even offer to compensate me in any way. Certainly didn't exceed my expectations. $150 for a part that doesn't fit and I cant do anything with seems a little high. There staff was helpful the second time trying to help me find the right part, but at that point i had lost my trust in them. I felt the whole situation could have been handled better. Update to your response In the picture shows your part next to my part.

I was on my way back to Idaho in my motorhome. The alternator went out. The battery was dead. Two angels from County Line came to save me. Helped me get off the road and found me an alternator and installed it. They were the best..I made it home with no trouble..I can't thank them enough.

This place is amazing and Renee is so professional and knowledgeable. We went in to pick up a rim for my husband's Dodge Ram that we couldn't find anywhere else. While there, I asked her if she could get me an ABS hydraulic control unit for my 2012 Ford Fiesta She found one for $152 so I jumped at it because the Ford dealership wanted $2616 to replace it. I then asked her if she knew anyone who might be able to install it as I was struggling to find anyone in Kansas City. They all said it was a dealer item. Not only did she recommend a shop, I got it done for $400. With the part we saved over $2000. My car drives like new. I will never go anywhere else for parts. Definitely worth the drive.

My experience with County line auto started out perfect with the salesmanship of Kip and exactness and his follow up. Making sure i had the right part and interior match. I ordered a seat for my Camry and had it shipped to me in Utah. The price was fair and Kip even helped get me a better price on shipping than we first found. Forward to the day we received the seat. It was bad, mildew, rust, cracked leather. Wow not what I expected. I tried to get a hold of Kip he was off work so I was transferred to Joe who I believe is the owner. I like hands on owners. He was very apologetic and asked me to send pictures. I did and he immediately replied back with sincere apology and had already begun to initiate a full refund. I know that things happen and it's how they are handled that makes the difference between a 1 star and a 5 star company. Joe understands this and for that I would recommend them to a friend. And I'm sure Joe will be doing some training with his shipping crew to be sure this type of thing is avoided in the future.

Purchased from their junkyard for my vehicle. Their shipping was VERY overpriced. The customer service is ok, but addressed and sent the item to the wrong name and wrong address. Had to track it down, which was an all day process. The item did have damage that was not disclosed.

Renee is the BOMB!! Went in for a tire wheel on my truck, she asked if I needed anything else. Yes I did, I need an ABS PUMP AND CONTROLLER for our 2012 Ford Fiesta. After a few minutes on the phone she said YES 150 dollars. Then I asked do you know someone who can install it. She said yes!! We called Dave's corner garage. Chris said sure we can. The next equestion I was dreading How much? He looked it up and said $500.00. I can't thank Renee enough for taking that load off our shoulders. Great people!

These guys in the back are awesome. Front desk staff is also great. I picked up some parts for a friend and the guys in the back loaded the radiators for me in my car. I have light colored seats and they even wrapped them in bubble wrap just to make sure my car didnt get any rips, tears or grease on my seats. Love this place!!
