Just went to pick up my personal items and was given 2 little white shoping bags. Not even remotely close to what was in the vehicle. When i asked where the rest was i was told thats all that is here for you. I had to write a list of what knew was missing and left my #. Was told they would contact Odessa to se if my items where there. WHAT???? They had to remove my missing items to give me what i got back.

Attempted to steal my car claiming a "Jessica" took a loan out on my car, I don't know a jessica and I have owned the car since 2014 with out any leans. I don't like being accused of something I didn't do and I'm not a fan of my car almost being stolen.

After waiting a half hour after my scheduled appointment time outside in the cold, I can understand why they want you to sign the paperwork saying you received your property before you received your property. They are hoping you'll leave without your property, and they can show that you signed for the receipt of the property. DO NOT under any circumstances sign for your property until you have it in your hands.

Let’s talk about a joke. They illegally cleaned out my car, who knows what they stole, they were not even suppose to touch my car until the 14th but took my car to an auction in the 11th. Mind you I paid for my car so now I get to go through the bag the put my stuff in and find out what they stole. Oh and if you are gonna want someone to do a half ass job HIRE them! They didn’t even completely clean it out. So who knows what is missing. Even the auction company hates working with them and said they do illegal stuff!

Been calling for 2 days and although the the supposed to be open until 3 nobody picks up and the voicemail says after hours. My car is with them along with my personal items inside thank god they can't get into my car because I hear they steal and thankfully my lawyer says any item missing is money I no longer owe . So that's fine too

Wish I could give them zero stars.. They tried to charge me $25 one day to get my property. Needed the key to get it out. The next day they told me they already cleared it out and need an ID to retrieve it, but know it was inside the car.. called the police on it after they cussed me and my husband out begging them to just let me get the cards out.. Everyday I called they changed the policy. Basically stole my car and are scammers. It’s a shame they are able to stay in business.

I would give them o stars if it was an option. They were very rude and inconsiderate. Way to make a bad situation worse. Worst customer service ever!!! Would not recommend to anyone!

Horrible service. I understand it's not the most friendly business but they made it difficult to set up an appointment, were not AT ALL friendly, and when we finally were able to get our things out of the car there were multiple items missing including cash. Preying on people who are already in a bad situation is horrible. How do you sleep

Car was repo cause Westlake didn't want to wait until I got paid. Took truck Wednesday night paid Thursday morning went to get truck back on Thursday when I got truck back my Michael Kors wallet was gone. $400, bank card, ID, SS Cards mines and my kids. The chick act like she don't know what I was talking about. They cleaned out the middle console gave me my paperwork that was in there but didn't see my wallet. Good thing I cancelled my bank card because later that day the fraud department called and said somebody was trying to use that card at a gas station in Grandview. My truck went from in front of my house to that company so where did my wallet go and my cash

Very unprofessional, does not answer the phone, was 30 minutes late to the appointment to pick up my vehicle. Charged me $200 my vehicle was there less than 24 hours. It hurts my opinion of my financial institution that they do business with such a company.

I understand that no one wants to deal with these situations. But I have never had a worse customer service than them. They hung up mid question and it's not like I was heated, I wasn't cussing, just asking questions.

This company whose websites states they are “professionals” repossessed our car on 2/6/24 First of all I’m not sure why the tow truck driver found it necessary to drag the vehicle so hard it left tire marks all down our driveway given the key was in the ignition. Then after being directed to them by the company who contracted them the lady who answered the phone decided to give me the run around claiming the car wasn’t there. After confirming it was my husband went to retrieve our personal items from the vehicle. He inadvertently left one of my business debit cards that was under the drivers seat wedged between it and the console. A week later while the car was still in their possession someone took it upon themselves to riffle through the car and after finding my debit card decided to take it on joy ride throughout the night until they exhausted all the funds on it. I would hardly call this acting in a professional manner and suggest maybe training your staff that stealing someone debit card and posing as that person to use the card is in fact against the law.

I was picking up my personal belongings and license plate and the employees that I came in contact with were extremely professional. I was not happy I had to pay for my own personal items. Bring you drivers license and cash. If you use Google maps address hard to see its actually behind another business

My sister's car that she left with me while she's teaching special needs kids in Alaska was taken by these people.....(apparently sending checks from a native island isn't a smart thing). I drove the car the night before and left my wallet in it. There was $23 in cash in the compartment by the radio. I went today to get my stuff out of her car. And found all my cash gone. No way to make them fix it but if they steal a small amount guarantee they will steal a big amount

For all you people giving this company a bad review understand this. ... our negligence put us in this company's path. They are doing their job. Shame on you people who call the employees names because you don't agree with them. We all did stupid things to get to their company. I was treated great from the time I arrived till the time I left. I watched the ladies that work there be treated badly and be call names. They know their job people. Face it. If I had done my part and paid my payments my car wouldn't have ended up with them! But there is absolutely no reason to verbally abuse the staff there. They treated me great and were quick to help me get my property back.

The staff were so rude. One even told me to shut-up. The guy who actually got my car was nice. They had marked on a paper that there was damage to the driver's side. I told him I told him I wasn't signing it until I saw my car. There was no damage and I wrote that on the paper. Hope I never have to do business with them again.

They damaged our vehicle, have proof of damage of our vehicle and also held our car unlawfully after being paid because they are “appointment only” that’s fine, if it was day of. But you’ve been paid, everyone has been paid. Confirmation of release has been given to you. Therefore, you want to keep our car for more than 48 hours after being paid? It’s considered unlawful and theft at that point. You have zero legal standing to hold our car. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted And I guess you guys will hear from our lawyers, thanks!

They were completely unprofessional in my dealings with them. The secretary was unpleasant and disrespectful, as was the entire staff! They intimidated me and even had a stranger phone to curse me out since "he didn't reside in KC per his word"! They should not be used by car companies...in fact, they should not be used by anyone. They should be closed down! They don't require any additional stars!

When people have to get their car back after getting it towed away with no notice it's a stressful situation. Even when I called them with a nice demeanor they just shut me right down. They were rude and unprofessional and one even hung up on me after I said that I appreciated their help. This job is probably not the most fun job, but it takes very minimal effort to be a kind person.

Gentlemen came an pick the car up and when we called to get it back the lady in the office was rude an not professional. Then when we picked up the car I had stuff stolen from the car. Called an they said they would watch the videos but doubt they will cause they swear nobody got in the car an they took pictures. They are some of the rudest people to do business with.

Very possibly the most unprofessional woman I have met in my entire life. Very rude and even to children at that. I don’t know who and what companies use this service but I would highly recommend finding another source. Even the drivers that are contracted through them speak very poorly of them and their demeanor. Avoid supporting this business at all costs.

They cleaned my car out after repossessing my vehicle. I was not allowed to get my own items. They kept my son's gifts for his birthday. They ķept multiple other misc items. It was very upsetting to not be able to check the vehicle to get my items. This was 2/1 and my son's birthday was 2/3. Thanks.. ya'll made a little boys 5th birthday one to remember. Oh and the o2 sat monitor that I use to Monitor my grandmas o2 sat was not returned either. They did their job but only the sub prime lender and thier sticky fingers won on this one.

One of their truck drivers would not let me merge onto a highway that had no traffic. I had to honk my horn and ended up having to drive onto the shoulder. The driver also flipped me off. The manager told me very rudely "these things happen on the road" while supporting the drivers behavior. Very unprofessional management with drivers that obviously cannot operate their vehicles confidently, professionally, and safely.

Picked up my wife’s car after having some issues with the financial company. Driver told us nothing would be touched in the vehicle if we were coming to get it in the next day or two. We get there and everything is out of the car in bags, plates were already off the vehicle, and instead of doing some research on the car seat they couldn’t get out of the car they pulled on it and broke the thing. When I was attempting to talk to someone about the issue he was EXTREMELY rude and refused to listen to me and what I had to say and also repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain what was going on so the issue could be resolved. Instead they told me to get off their lot and threatened to call the cops.

HORRIBLE PLACE AND A RUDE MANAGER. HAD A FEW THINGS COME UP MISSING FROM MY CAR WHILE IT WAS THERE. THE OWNER DENIED IT AND WAS REALLY RUDE. One item that went missing was $10 in a card my grandma gave me..the envelope was ripped up and money gone. The owner said to me “we don’t need your $10” then my grandmas ring that I left inside my wallet (forgot I put my wallet under the seat) was missing as well. He said it wasn’t his problem. For me it’s the sentimental value both of those items held.

Worst customer experience, Make it impossible to get your vehicle back, charge you for days the paperwork takes to process although you’ve already paid to get your vehicle back, then when you call back to try to get information on who you’ve spoke with they hang up in your face until you notify them that all calls are recorded and then instead say I will be disconnecting the call without an answer to my question still hanging up in my face. Then when my husband shut a door a little harder than they liked the Gentleman came outside yelled at my husband and then contacted the police. They stole my money and are keeping my vehicle. I also had property that was stolen out of my vehicle. I’ve already contacted the BBB and will be making my calls to get this business taken out. Much love

When I called to ask a few questions the lady was pretty rude..when I showed up.my experience wasn't bad at All once I got there. I will say my car was damaged on the front bumper from them. I am hoping to be able.to reach them to see if there was something still in my car that I believe I left on accident. My son will be devastated if it's not there.

Yea didnt have any issues with service really. They are a little snappy if you say the wrong thing. I expect that kinda attitude in that industry, but who ever runs the back where they hold cars or one/all drives are stealing things out of the vehicles. I had some cleaning material items and a funnel that was stolen. Of course not huge items compared to others but its the principle; most of my stuff was return. Either way, if you get towed by them just know you will be missing something. My car was in their lot for 2days.

Some of the worst people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, my car was repoed with my drivers licence inside of it and they require a photo ID to reclaim personal items. I made over 20 calls to this place trying to work out anything that would be able to get my stuff back and no one I talked with bothered to mention that after 60 day everything they were holding would be thrown away, so I lost everything and when I asked where I could at least get my license plate back from the man got rather rude and told me that he "didn't know and that I should have made it more of a priority is it was that important." Nearly every interaction has left me in tears.

Liars and thieves!! I have been in the hospital and through surgury, recovering now. My son in law looked in the driveway to said my jeep was gone. I thought it was stolen.(I talked to Chrysler and was aware of my medical situation). There was no knock on the door, ACR said it was taken at 8:30pm. Liars! We have dogs, they would have barked!! I called first, because i was told I needed to make an appt and pay a $25 fee to get my belongings!! The guy I spoke with at ACR was very RUDE, and said it hasn't been processed yet...I said," I need my grandaon car seat for the holiday", then he said, "well you can come today before 4p." He said they already got my belongings out. I got there after a 40 mins drive to find out that my belongings are not out of the vehicle and they asked for my key. I said, " I didn't bring it because some guy said my stuff was out already. Front office lady was Rude too, she said, well, if you brought your key, i would have let you get your own stuff out!" I called the manager after and recognized his voice....he was the one who told me, they had my stuff out already! He said, well, there must have been a glitch in the system!! And then I said, you should tell people to bring their key, it would make life easier. He said," well, you should have paid your payments and you wouldnt be in this situation!! "What, wow!" I went the next day, Office lady asked for my key and said it will be 15 mins and she will drive the vehicle to me and I can grab my stuff. Then the manager came and took me too the jeep and they had already gone through the jeep, my console was open and a travel bag I had in there was unzipped, all my silver change gone! They are liars and thieves!!
