I was involved in a car accident on 01/09/2026. Skyler assisted me in getting my car towed home. Skyler customer service in that traumatic moment, was top tier. Skyler towed my moms car Monday morning, an he was on time an even earlier to make sure everything went smoothly. It was definitely in a tight spot but he got it out ! Thanks again for the help Skyler we will definitely be needing your help again if we are caught up in a jam!
I was told by the tow truck driver that the charge would be $216 plus $30 per day for storage but they charged my insurance company over $1000 for the tow and two days of storage. Make sure to get quotes in writing because they don't charge what the driver tells you
