Went on a road trip and broke down near Kansas City. Called Avanti Systems LLC and spoke to Wayne who was very kind and super helpful. He showed up within 35 minutes after calling him. He went above and beyond to help us find a mechanic after hours. He was very personable, a pleasure to deal with and his prices were very reasonable! Would highly recommend this company if in need of towing!

I have always been a little anxious about dealing with tow companies because of bad experiences in the past. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience with Avanti. Fast, friendly, and careful with my vehicle. My insurance requires reimbursement so having the option to use my credit card was great. Would recommend to anyone.
What can I say about Avanti Towing that will do it justice? Wayne is an extraordinary man! He towed our son's car from Independence to Grain Valley and actually charged us less than we were told. But, that isn't the reason I gave Wayne the 5-star rating. I would gladly pay full price for his quality of care and services. Wayne is an exceptional man. While he was here, he mentioned several times about wanting to help our son. This kind of compassion is seriously lacking in today's world. I will use Avanti Towing for all my needs as well as telling my friends and family. Wayne is worth it! You are much appreciated, Wayne! God bless you!
I have used this tow company exclusively for guest who need tow service at our hotel. Recently my wife's car had a flat tire, so I called Wayne to see if he could help swap the tire with the spare. He showed up on time took the tire off and ran it over to a local tire shop to be repaired and then brought it back and put it on the car again. he did this and still charged the initial fee we discussed. Wayne went above and beyond what I asked of him. when all he had to do was swap out with the spare. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had him help.
After I broke down on I70 at a super busy time, Wayne was so easy to work with and made the whole experience painless. He communicated very well and let me know as soon as he had it to the shop. If I ever need another tow, hopefully not *fingers crossed*, I know I’ll be calling Wayne! :)
******Edit: Wayne was great but make sure you communicate with the shop you’ve dropped the car off with before you give him any card information. I gave him my card assuming he needed it incase he wasnt paid by Molle Chevy. Instead he charged the tow to my card and left the shop before getting the invoice from the tech.
That wouldn’t have been a big deal except he wouldnt give me an invoice so I could get the Tow covered by the warranty. He ended up giving me a full refund instead of working with me, never gave me an invoice and then threatened to report me to the Highway Patrol stating I wouldn’t be able to get a tow by anyone else because he would be reporting me... so be cautious when using him but other than the payment/ invoice issue, he was great!

Typically, when one is need of a tow, the circumstances are unfortunate ones. Wayne is one the nicest people you may ever have the "misfortune" to meet. The man hauls whatever you got with care like it belonged to him personally, from your hoopty to your Mercedes. If what you need recovered or moved matters to you, you cannot go go wrong here.
I don't want to be too long winded.. I was in a bind. I needed to get my car from an overpriced shop to my home across the state line from Kansas to Missouri. I talked to Wayne on the phone a few times, having never met him. Wayne went to the shop, loaded my car, and brought it to me for a very reasonable price. From now on, as long as he is in business, he's my goto. Simple as that!

Excellent service. Wayne the owner of the company will go beyond the call of duty, Wayne was on his way to dinner when i called, he took time out of his dinner date to give me a tow. (Thank You Wayne). Anyway Wayne took very good care of my vehicle loading and unloading and double checking the straps before the tow. over all this is the best tow service i have found and will recommend him to anybody. last but not least Waynes company (avanti systems LLC) is very reasonable on price.
