He took his time, assessed the situation properly, and got me unstuck without causing any damage or extra stress. Professional, experienced, calm, and efficient. My Pick-up Truck broke down in Western Kansas 6 hours from home, I dropped it off at local small town dealership and it went untoched for 4 days. I'd already caught a ride back to Home, so trying to plan on how it to get back was stressful. The dealership told me it could be another week before they could look at it. I called a friend in the Car business and he said he'd call who hauls his cars, just by sure Luck Santa Fe Tow was going to be delivering a vehicle within a few hours of my Truck. The price they gave us was what I would've spent on fuel, renting a car hauler and 13-14 hrs of travel time! They picked up my Truck at 4pm and was dropped off at my dealership in the early hours of the morning. My dealership has already looked at it and is putting together a warranty claim (Hopefully its all covered $$$$$)!

Driver showed up as scheduled, took proper care of my vehicle when loading on the truck and delivered to destination as promised. I declined, but was offered option for a ride to my destination. Would definitely recommend Santa Fe Tow Service.

We called the night before at 9 pm to have my husband’s car towed to an auto repair shop and easily booked an appointment for the next morning. They were right on time and quickly picked up the car and towed it. Everyone was super nice and cost was reasonable.
I am so grateful someone was close and able to come quickly. It only took a minute ( or less!) to get my battery charged and car operating again. The technician was polite and helpful as well, which was a blessing.
Great tow service! The woman who took my call was very helpful. I received almost immediate text updates which allowed me to follow the progress of my service. The tow technician was wonderfully pleasant and kind. Pay-by-text was also handy as I was able to pay the bill on my way home. Would definitely use again (although I hope I don’t have to for a while)!
Fast response time. Less than 15 minutes. Kidd tow, default company on HAGERTY insurance. They took 2 1/2 hours for response, no flatbed, old style wrecker. Driver refused to get out of his vehicle, and decided he was done. Your employees were courteous and loaded my car with care. A++++ Thanks

Shout to McCain! My daughter decided to curb check my car at her dad's house and blew a tire. After 2 hours of trying ourselves to change out the tire, we called Santa Fe tow. McCain arrived in about 30 minutes and had the tire changed out with the spare in like 15 minutes. Definitely would have saved us our time and sanity by calling Santa Fe Tow first. Thank you Santa Fe Tow and McCain for not only changing out the tire, but rescuing us and restoring our sanity!!!!

On this very hot humid Sunday, the nicest service technician from Santa Fe Tow Service came to my rescue and got my car started and made sure it functioned properly before he left. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.
