Amazing staff that won't stop until they find what you need. The variety of parts means getting implements back to work quickly rather than waiting, and prices are fair. It can get busy, but everyone was really pleasant despite the pressure/waiting.

Great store! Wide variety of everything from boots and bags to chainsaws and weed eaters. Stihl dealer, hardware store and auto parts all under one roof. Very helpful and friendly staff. This will be my new weekend stop.

I have nothing but great experiences with Benware NAPA in Urich , Mo. Patrick,Rick ,Bo ,and Dwight have all bent over backwards helping me find the right clutch for 98 Dodge ,2500. Previous owner upgrade the 5spd input shaft to bigger input shaft of 6spd. Thru lots of trial and error I think we finally got it back together. Precision Diesel thru Premier order a South Bend clutch. South Bend shipped wrong clutch because Precision Diesel failed to specify the input shaft had been upgraded to larger diameter shaft. South Bend put blame of wrong clutch on Precision Diesel . Sales representative at SB said the shaft diameter should be obvious to anyone that deals with Cummins Diesels, and standard transmission. NAPA stood behind us, till we found a clutch that fit

Been in and out of this store hundreds of times over 35 years. Randy and his team are always helpful. A bunch of inventory for home, shop and ranch repairs I need as well as some veterinary supplies and clothing. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.
