Been trying to find a diesel fuel tank for my father's 2640 tractor. I called in two days ago and spoke with Kelly. She was able to locate a potential one for me and held it for me until I could get down there. I was able to get down there this evening and found that the tank wasn't correct but she took me out in the parts yard and we were able to locate one. It was actually in great shape and fits perfectly. She was super professional, responsive, and so helpful!

Called looking for a length of pro shaft to repair a brush hog and was told “we don’t do any brush hog” and they hung up.

I saw a used cab I wanted for my Tractor. 1. There is no price listed. The site has you enter your info for a qoute. I did that a week ago and have yet to see anything.

Ralph is my hero. I promised a customer a part just to find out it was out of production. They spent 2 days bending over backwards, taking the time along the way to communicate with me so we can get the part sent to us, and even held the part for a day to make sure it was the right part. Absolute dedication to helping us out, and will be our go-to for years to come.

The Cook folks have never disappointed me on a used tractor part. First off they stand by any part shipped that is visually good but not internally and replace it. (if they have it) Next, I needed a replacement carb for my tractor. I ordered it. one day, and it was shipped and I got it the next day, and it is the exact brand and model of carb for replacement. However interior damage to the float and other things done by someone on a 50 year old carb made it unusable! Outside looked great! Called Ralph back the next day, and he had a mechanic walk the Massey tractors and found another exact replacement that is just perfect, and again, here the next day! Very happy with these folks and the great services they provide!

They allowed my uncle to purchase a part over the phone and then stashed it outback for me to pick up because I was unable to get there during business hours; it's hard to find service like that anymore.
