Needed my car towed to the dealership. Used my geico roadside assistance, geico quoted 15 free miles, then $5/mile overage. The tow person called me after my car was dropped off claiming it was $8/mile overage fee. Took him 3 different ways of attempts to get my car loaded on the flat bed. First he tried chains but couldn't locate points to attach them, then he tried cloth straps through the back rims, the tires rolled. Finally he reversed it into the trailer.
Trailer tire blew out and Jerry and Shelby was very professional and got it hauled to my sisters house for me. Much appreciated and would recommend to anyone in the Clinton area.
My daughter had her brakes lock up on her car and was in distress. we were not able to give her a tow so she went through her auto insurance and was directed to Clinton Wrecker Towing and Recovery. It was a very professional experience. Melissa was the truck operator that arrived in a very timely manner and she was very professional. She got my daughter's car up on the truck and brought it out to our place (out in the sticks). The price was very reasonable and Melissa's service was Top of the line. We will be calling this company from now on for any towing needs. I highly recommend.
Fast phone response on a holiday, good customer service. Reasonable prices. Kevin was our tow truck driver, very professional and kind. Called us on the way to let us know he was near, and let us ride in the cab during the tow. Truck was clean, modern, cold A/C, smelled good. Didn't think I'd ever leave a review for a tow company but if you need it, I'd call Clinton
So many thanks for a quick call out to rescue us, when we were stuck on the edge of Hwy 7. It was very hot and we had our 2 dogs with us. Our insurance called them and we are glad they did.
While traveling out of town, I had a flat tire with no spare. At a loss, I was able to get ahold of Cinton’s Towing. Within 5 minutes Kevin showed up and saved the day. I recently hit a deer while traveling out of town for work and had to have my vehicle towed home. The first tow company did not show up or let me know. However, my insurance worked to replace them with Clinton wrecker and I am so glad they did! Melissa showed up within just a few minutes of being contacted and was nothing but professional. She quickly had my vehicle loaded and transported it safely back to my house, 2 hours away. She kept me informed throughout the process. This was a stressful experience for me and Clinton wrecker made it a bit better. I highly recommend them if you have towing needs! Fantastic people!!

The company was wonderful. I was shocked to see how far they drove to get my vehicle. They were kind over the phone and answered all of my questions. They dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Also, they let me borrow their tools to get everything out and off of my vehicle. Thank you for doing such a great job with my poor vehicle.
Had to call a guy out to help us jump our car, ended up needing a tow all the way back to Kansas City. Guy that came out was super helpful and super nice. Super good people!!

There was some confusion in communication regarding the location of my breakdown which resulted in a pretty substantial wait time on the side of the road, but once Shelby arrived with the truck, he was very kind and understanding of the situation. Did a great job getting the vehicle loaded up and I am grateful to have had access to the service out in rural Missouri! Shelby did a fantastic job!

After the tow was ordered by Ford roadside assistance, Clinton said 60 to 90 minutes ETA, after 60 minutes they said it would be another hour. An hour and 15 minutes later they finally showed up they had the wrong equipment to tow my vehicle and were unable to do the job, even though they were told from the very onset the make and model of the vehicle and that it could not be put in neutral.
Traveled to LOTO/Camden OTL for a business trip-picked up a screw in my left rear tire so obviously it goes flat. Contacted State Farm ERS-they contacted Clinton Wrecker and they kept me up to date on their arrival time. Was glad I called-they had to use a breaker bar to get the last lug nut off since the impact wrench would not budge it. 5 star review!
This place is like ambulance chasers looking to take advantage of people!!! This guy shows up after a deer jumps out in front of me and my car is disabled! Nobody called him he just showed up and proceeded to hook up my car for a tow then asked me where I need to go? I told him the car dealership in Lee's summit about 54 miles,we get there and he wants $715 for the tow or he's not unhooking my car, so of course the little thief got paid but I think I'm going to sue this company for a bunch of fake charges!!! STAY AWAY from Clinton Wrecking they're crooks!!!
