My name is Karen, I had to help someone get a 30’ gooseneck trailer moved out of the city. Called several places and they said no they couldn’t help. Greg went by and looked at it and said yes. Well we met up at 9 this morning and he didn’t look at it close enough, we had a problem. Greg was able to come up with a solution and got the job done. Found out it was a locking collar but was missing a piece so he cut it off and yeah. GREAT JOB. Thank you for working with me to get this solved.

Psychopath cut across 3 lanes of traffic last week and caused me to run into the median (with my kids in the back seat) and another SUV to swerve onto the shoulder. All while he was towing someone's car. I called the number on the back of the truck and the guy lied and said he wasn't even driving so I must be mistaken. I told him I got the number off the back of the truck and he lied again and said he was on the other line and hung up. Use somebody else who isn't going to be so careless with their customers property.
Unfortunately I don’t have the name of the very nice tow truck driver that towed our Nissan Rogue rental car today and took my husband to the airport to pick up the next rental car , but he went above and beyond and we are very appreciative of his kindness.
Showed up to tow the vehicle. Made a conclusion on the tire and condition and decided it was best to go grab a jack to save the car from damage. Took less than ten minutes and when I come back he is gone and there is no other available truck to help. Thank you i now have to leave my car on the side of the road
Greg from pro tow showed up very quickly whenever I needed a tow, He was also very friendly let me ride in his truck back to my house house where he dropped my Broke down vehicle And ended up having a very good conversation with him, will definitely use them again
My vehicle was towed to Pro Tow on a Friday. I went in Monday to have it towed to my house. When it reached my house and was being lowered to come off the flat bed tow truck, I saw a rusty pipe sticking out of the front of the driver's side under the car. The pipe was caught up in my wiring under the front fender. My fog lights were also damaged and we're not before that! It looked like my car was dumped in a junk yard and wasn't worried it might get damaged! The tow truck guy had to charge my battery because it was dead! I am curious! I know damage occurred to my vehicle and I'm not happy! Beware if Pro Tow towes your vehicle! Look it over very carefully!
A friend of mine broke down and Pro Tow was there before you know it and took great care of us and it didn't break the bank. Would refer them to anyone.
That service does not work 24/7 as they state!!!!! What is more , they make you pay for the days they don’t work! Towing companies should work every day!!!! My husband’s car was towed on Sunday night, we wanted to pick it up first thing in the morning but they don’t work however they charge you for this time!!!!! Stop ripping people off!!! That is not fair!!! From our conversation apparently guy is trying to save on employees but you are ripping off your clients!!! There are much better services! And also when we came back on Monday, the guy was away in other town and we were waiting for him for another 30 min!!!!! Not professional at all!!!
We got a vehicle high-centered in Ash Grove. Pro Tow was on the scene in 15 minutes. They got us back on the road without any further damage to the vehicle or the property, which wasn't easy. Price was very fair.
