When I wrecked my car there was no question who I was going to. I contacted Kirk's Collision center they handled everything. They came got my vehicle, talked to my insurance on my behalf and got me back on the road with little down time. I can't recommend them enough.
I want to share our experience at Kirks Collision. My vehicle was rear ended in the car went underneath my car. Kirks was able to fix the car and deal with the insurance. You cannot tell that my car was rear ended when I say this is a great place to take your car if you’ve had an accident it needs repair. Not only fix the Collision they washed my car, cleaned the inside, cleaned our windows and floor mats. I Recommend them highly For any service you are needing thank you Kyle. I took my car in after hitting a deer, although my insurance company decided to Total out the vehicle I was still impressed with how helpful they were at Kirk's. They explained how the process works and kept me more updated than my insurance company did, hopefully I won't need a collision place again, but if I do I will come to Kirk's
Just a great all around experience with this repair facility. Worked with my insurance company directly so I didn’t have to deal with them. The insurance recommended facility was off on the repair cost by over $5k. Kyle and his team had the adjuster come to their facility and walked him through all the damage so everything would be repaired back to Ford specifications. I can only imagine how many corners the insurance recommended place would have had to cut to stay on their low-ball estimate. Remember you have a choice of repair facilities and the process is as easy as dropping off your vehicle at Kirk’s and letting them take care of the rest!
I recently took my 2020 Silverado to Kirk’s collision center for hail damage repair, and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repair work is flawless, you’d never know the truck had hail damage in the first place. They treated my vehicle with care, and were finished before I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality bodywork done right the first time.
I can't say enough good things about Kirk's collision. They are very responsive. When I have questions about my vehicle, they provided a detailed explaination. When I needed a quote, it was promptly provided and very reasonable in cost! The team is amazing!
I needed help, and the guys at Kirk's were a blessing! They helped me deal with my insurance, who wanted me to go to a big chain shop: not something I wanted! Reed let me know that they were Ford certified also, which made me feel great about the repairs. Hope I never need them again, but if I do, there will be no question where I go!

They were fast with their insurance estimate which was super important because I needed it to proceed with getting A new vehicle since the wreck wasn’t my fault. They knew if it was total lossed I would be taking the truck back and they were still quick, courteous, respectful and didn’t treat me any different than if I was A cash customer! Very friendly and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Unfortunately my car was totaled by the insurance company, so I can't speak with any specificity to the quality of their repair work,. That being said, though, based on what I did see while in their offices, I would trust them to do the work if I'm ever in need again.

Knowing the quality of their work, we drove from the Kansas City area to this shop. Everyone was very personable and professional! They kept us informed on the progress of the repairs, they worked with the insurance company to ensure that all the paperwork was properly taken care of, and the delivery of the vehicle was definitely a Wow experience! The vehicle was detailed, in and out, with loving care!
Earlier this summer a tree branch fell and smashed the back window, hatch door, and fender of my mother's car. It was close to being totaled with all the damage but I worked with Kirk's to stay within my budget. They went above and beyond! I was so impressed that they were able get the back hatch replaced and pull out all the dents. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Kirks. The best customer service and body work around! They legitimately want to help you and make it right. I was treated with respect from Day 1! My Chevy SS is BEAUTIFUL again!! Hopefully won't have to do this again, but if I do... I know exactly where to go!
Had a truly freak accident on James River Freeway. Tow truck guy said he knew of Kirk's and that they would do a great job. They did an amazing job at all of the body work that was needed. The customer service is exceptional. About a month after picking up me car, an unrelated piece came loose. Ran by the shop, the owner who I know was busy stopped what he was doing and fixed the piece on my car. He didn't have to do it but he did! Very nice man! I'll recommend this body shop to anyone!
Best auto body repair shop . Friendly, efficient, excellent job every time. Work great with insurance companies to make sure everything is fixed perfect for you. I'd never use anyone else. Please give them a call if you have a damaged vehicle. You will be so glad you did!
Reed is SO kind, reliable and professional. The office is super nice - not at all what I expected from an Auto body shop. There is a kind woman who works in the office as well and an adorable dog named Tinkerbell! They do good work with a fair price and reasonable turn around time. HIGHLY recommend!
My son installed new low beam headlights in my car. However, he didn't get them aimed quite right for me. I tried several mechanics shops but they didn't have the proper tools to properly align the lights. They all recommended Kirk's Collision Center so I called Kirks at 1pm. The friendly lady that answered the phone told me to bring my car over at 1:30pm. I did and the mechanic took my car right in. Five minutes later, he returned with the car, headlights correctly adjusted. When he didn't present me with a bill, I asked how much I owed. Unlike other Collision shops I've experienced, he said," you don't owe anything." You don't see that kind of service at chain shops. Kirk's takes customer service to a whole different and pleasant level. I saw the same care with other customers and the work being done in the shop. I would definitely use them for any Collision repairs I might need.
I was referred to Kirk's by the dealership I always go to in Springfield after getting into a car accident in July and this place is incredible. They were able to do my estimate and give me all the details that I needed to pass along to my insurance. The staff is extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. They got my car fixed in a week which surprised me because of how busy they are. If you need an estimate on your car or need it fixed, Kirk's is the only place to go!!

I moved from Joplin to Republic and was rear-ended the weekend before I moved. My vehicle was still drivable so I brought it to Kirk's Collision in Republic, based on the reviews. Since I didn't have anyone to help me drop off my vehicle during the week I brought it on the week. There were workers there working overtime and even though he worked in the back he was just as nice as can be. In fact everyone I encountered from this business was very nice and helpful, including the owner! Got my vehicle back and it looks brand new. Very satisfied with everything, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing autobody repair!

My car was brought here for repairs after a mess with the dealership. Kirk's was able to pick up the pieces and get the job done in a timely matter and did a fantastic job! I know they went out of their way to get things done as fast as possible since we were in an urgent situation. The staff was extremely friendly and helped with all the insurance matters. They are very professional and courteous. I hope I don't need their services too often, but when I do- I will be using this place.
