I was given the wrong part and had to make the long trip to town twice, but the staff was friendly both times and I did get the right part the second time.
Honestly the best parts store in the area. The store manager, Jeff, is very attentive, and very focused on making customers happy.
Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a smile, and assisted immediately. I’ll continue to stay a loyal customer!

Very good service. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked if there was anything I need we d help with. I told them what I needed and they got it for me immediately. It was the correct part, good pricing and gave me the correct discount on the old part. They were very nice, quick no waiting time. The place was very cleaned and organized. Literally just stood in here for 15 minutes with NO SERVICE I was yelling hello hello thinking they were in the back busy still no one came to the front so I leave to go to O'Reilly's and as I'm leaving I see the Auto Zone employees standing outside smoking 🤦🏻♀️
I called Auto Zone in Malden Mo to ask if they had time to do a diagnostic test on my car and I was 2 minutes away. As soon as I pulled in he came out with the tester and 5 minutes later I purchased what I needed to fix it. I poured it in my gas tank and 30 minutes the light went off. Water in the gas I purchased the day before. They know their stuff….
Every time I go there they are super friendly and knowledgeable of all of the products. As an retired Assistant Manager of the biggest retail giant….I know to have associates or employees with this sense of urgency and knowledge is priceless.

BEST AUTOZONE EVER!!! I have been to several autozone's around the area and this one I will drive the forty five minutes out of my way to go too because of the wonderful and insightful staff. Mason, Jay Jay, and Jeff are beyond amazing! I appreciate their honesty and knowledge about vehicles and the mechanics in the area. It feels like a mom and pop shop with how polite and personable all of them were. If I could give more stars I would!
Awesome customer service, went in with a problem, they were quick to help us gather the things we needed, and even tell us about a sale we hadn't known about to save us money.
Had the manager a few years ago act like he put a gas treatment in my vehicle, after he went back inside I followed a few seconds later and noticed he put the bottle back on the shelf. I didn't say anything, but my family and I haven't been back since. Go to o'Reilly's across the street, staff there has always been great.
