Cannot follow a schedule to save there lives. Scheduled the 31st they will ignore that and show up the 15th. And when you call to ask why they wont answer the phone.
Arrived at 7:30am, door at 9:30am. Ppw and loaded by 10:45am. Not bad. Heavy load and alot of curves and hills. Be extra careful. Go with full tank, they will load to the max!
Only 4 stars for the location 30 miles out in the woods. Otherwise the checkin lady at the scale house was super nice and the guy who unloaded me was nice. Plenty room to dock and room to overnight park in staging area. Slow narrow winding roads so be patient.
This place might be good but I have the bad experience. No one show up in shipping office for so long wait. And then took for ever to load. Even one star they done deserve.
I had a very pleasant experience, my appointment was at 8 AM but I arrived the day before at 5 PM and they happily gave me a dock and unloaded me.
you can spend overnight in the parking lot at the entrance .

There is night parking, a toilet in the driver's room, a lot of room for maneuver. The girl from the office named Paige is extremely friendly and polite, opened the door before the appointed time, the guys unloaded quickly. I recommend
Professional staff plenty of parking with overnight access. Easy ride from 60 up 21 left on 72 just a little slow and curvy first entrance you come to (3) In the yard on the dock in less than an 30 minutes, unloaded in 45 minutes. Full load of telecom batteries.
It's off the beaten path, so prepare to come to the middle of nowhere, lol. I got here the night before, and I had 5 am appt. Got up and walked down to the scalehouse... got checked in, got in door at 5:16, out by 5:57, that's it...
In and out baby for a pick up less than 1:30 hr the girl up front is the coldest the forklift guy is the fastest I just loved their energy, the road to get here is lovely challenging only for pros
I have never waited long to load or unload here. Verizon has NO NO SERVICE! Friendly staff. Have your PPE gear. Overnight parking available with restroom
Plenty of overnight parking. Very fast and efficient process. The woman in the shipping window...is very fast and efficient...but not very friendly....she's busy and has no time for small talk! Just shut up and say yes ma'am!??
They definitely play favorites here… checked in 45 min before appt. Was #2 on waiting list and watched 8 trucks run in already. Within the hour after my appointment. The only good thing is the O/N parking
This place is crazy. One time you’re in and out, the next time you sit for hours while other trucks get in ahead of you. Only one person in the scale house is worried about appointments the rest are first come first served. Then theres other trucks that don’t even have to check in. Every time they turn around the equipment is down and they have to send us to another facility. They need to get their ducks in a row. Still the same ole BS. Janetta is the worse. If you’re not a favorite, you’re going to wait, like it or not. They are supposed to be 24 hours but they are always “not running”. This place is useless. Don’t take a load here unless you have time to kill
Fast unload, lots of space but the driveways aren't marked correctly, there's no bathrooms and they left my trailer a disaster. 2 trash bags full of wood and cardboard from their offloading.
For pick up, they want you to park on the hill before coming into the office. Hard hat required, fast loading, slow getting paperwork. Make sure you top off your fuel before going in cause they will load you to max.
Also this page is in a black hole for cell phone reception. No service what so ever.
Overall nice friendly people, usually fast loading and unloading.
Friendly & professional people in the scale house & warehouse! Just follow the instructions otherwise you will get lost! No internet connection so prepare your trip ahead! Fast loading & unloading! Overnight parking out the facility. No restroom & get your hat otherwise gonna use one of them in the scale house!
They were pretty kind at the scale house and the loading was fast , but be aware that going there its not easy. To many uphills and downhills, but the thing is that you can't let the truck get to much speed. They have heavy loads. Do your math before going there. I went from I40. You have to drive 45 miles up to the mountains once you take the exit
Truck drivers use entrance 3. Park at the top of the hill once you turn in. Use CB channel 27 to check in with scalehouse or walk in scalehouse after parking. It's helpful to have your own hardhat and safety goggles for when you get back to the plant. The ladies working in the scalehouse are very friendly. MO-32 coming in is narrow with lots of hills and curves. Closest truck stop is 50 miles away.
Channel 27 from your cb to reach the guard shack or you can walk down to the scale house. Scale in and out. Very nice people working away this facility. Hardly any or no phone signal. Can overnight park.

1-No signal for verizon, and Im sure for the other carriers as well.
2-The picture below shows after they unloaded me, it is acid mixed with dirt . the trailer looks and smells very bad , nearest truck wash was Blue Beacon near MO- IL border, about 120 miles away. The map shows you a lot of truck washes near you but all of them are actually closed.
3- drivers, you’re going to have to wash the trailer, 150$ just for the floor, No truck wash will dry the trailer for you I have talked to all the truck washers in the area. I tried to dry my trailer with the towels and the weather helped me since it was warm (90 F) and thats after 7 hours of waiting!
4- it’s in the middle of nowhere. Theres mountains and you have to go through forests, narrow roads for big trucks and sharp curves .
If anybody doesn’t believe me go ahead and try, I’ll waiting for your review on here .
Open 24 hours for receiving only. Shipping is from 7am to 4 or 5pm. Staff is friendly. There is a large lot at the top of the hill for parking overnight. Live loads are kinda slow though. High volume of trucks in and out combined with the fact that there's usually only two or three guys running forklifts to load the trucks makes live loads a pain.
I guess a 3 star rating works for this place. Here is the jist of it. Had an appointment, 3am - 5am. Arrived at 1am, and checked in a 3am. Yes you can park in the dirt lot, thats why its there. Anyways they called me to the scale/check in office, at 7am. Then they sent me to another location. Which is first come first serve. 2 dock at 2nd location to get unloaded out of. They unload pretty quick though. Just be weary of the fact that you may get sent to another location for unload. (Be advised the directions guard/scale gives you to get to second location) Those directions are from google maps, so be weary of that. Why does this place get 3 stars. Cuz i've delivered at worse. I wonder why don't they just tell a driver that they have to go somewhere else as soon as they check in? That wouldof been nice, I couldof been first. Other than that they are pretty nice people. And its true you will most likely not get a signal out here. Sprint roams, so you can still watch youtube or something.
Not sure about delivery but when I came here for pickup they took me right away and I was loaded in 20min, you wait for your paper work longer then the whole process is. And yes, you might have some phone service problem, try to download the map on google maps and get your pickup info for next load before coming here
Call for directions before go there. In the middle of nowhere. Only T Mobile and AT&T have signal. They have overnight, restroom and landline phone. About unloading time, I do not know what to say ? Depending what load you haul. You may wait more or less. They will take you before app.
The scale house staff is great. Place gets busy, so expect to wait awhile. There is certain companies that go rt in while you wait. Unload time once on dock, was about an hr. When coming from 32 take third driveway on left. Park and either ch 27 it or walk to scale house on left to check in. Between scales is drvr lounge with vending n a free phone. Crappy cell coverage.
