I go there to get my vehicle parts seem to be pretty good all the time. sometimes they can seem a little grumpy for some reason but 95% of the time it’s always good
A very interesting vist to this store,
There were no other customers in the store when I entered it took about a minute to see a couple of guys in the back but they eventually came to the counter and one inquired to what I was needing he looked the part up and said they had two in stock he asked the other employee if he knew where they were located in which he told him a location and the gentlemen when to retrieve it only to come back without it, then he told me he'll call the store manager to inquire its location at that point there was another customer that had entered and the employee turned his attention to him, got him his part a ring him up and then looked back at me and looked back at the computer he left looked around again and said he needs to call the manager but first he needed to help this next customer,......, after taking care of the second next guy he finally called the manager who I guess told him to look in the same location as the other employee had told him to look and needless to say came up empty handed, he came back and told me he could order one in.
Oh and he did look up and tell me they had one in stock at the Bolivar store.
I left without the part they said they had two of in the store.
I get what I ask for but there to many kids here with to much goofing off. I always have to wait on a person to get off the phone to get help when there are four other people standing there laughing.
Never get the right part the first time. Went in for some nuts for some tie rods, they didn't have them told me they were 14 mm so I ordered them and they were not 14 mm. Going to wait another 2 weeks because of this unqualified kid working in there. I'm never going back there
Super friendly staff! The young man helped me pick out headlights for my vehicle as I rushed to beat the clock before dark. He then replaced my headlights for me, and wouldn’t even take a tip telling me to give it to the next person! I tried to insist he take my tip, but he just wouldn’t. Friendliest person I’ve ever met at a parts place! Thank you! I will return!
Everyone is always so helpful, and really nice to customers, plus they let you borrow tools to fix whatever you need in their parking lot, and will help you replacing anything if needed.
Very poor selection of in house items. Not to be unexpected, its a small town store. But when i went in looking for an automotive Allen head cap bolt, they didn't have any. Not a big deal, but when I went to the counter to ask about them, Braxton said that's all we have we're not a hardware store. You need to be more professional if you are going to be representing a company, not rude to a customer who's already stressed from a breakdown and then gets responses like that.
Oriellys Jack's prices crazy high, only go there if gotta have immediately if no order online and save fortune. 1 coil pack for my suv at oriellys is $34 I later purchased 8 new coil packs for same suv for only $32. Starter for my car orielly's was $204 online new $49. Auto zone is no better btw

Very helpful! Had an odd size spark plug for my lawnmower. Bought what I'd need to put the new one in but the factory plug had an oversized end but same thread size. They really went above & beyond to help me. We got it figured out & my mower runs great! Thanks Jerry & team!! They're always polite & helpful here!
Friendly helpful service. They tested my vehicle's battery and offered helpful advice about how to proceed. Although there were other customers waiting, everyone received the same friendly service and advice.
One of the best O'Reillys around the employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful! Always a pleasure shopping there in Buffalo, MO. Been to a lot of auto stores and this one is the best I've seen in decades!

They do a great job. Bought wiper blades and they installed them for me. Just remember you get what you pay for. So I bought the high-end blades. Very nice blades. Don't ever buy cheap.
Here is an idea while your standing in line waiting for someone to ask if they can help you get on your cell phone and call O'Reilly trust me you will get faster service that way. Because they will always be fast to answer the phone before talking to anyone waiting in person

In and out, unfortunately I had to go down the road to get another one of the items I purchased. Paid one dollar more and it was a better brand with all the little extras when O'Reillys part was a cheap brand and just the bare basic.
My last visit to O'Reilly's in Buffalo was wonderful Not only was the salesperson helpful they also helped add fluid where it needed to go answered all of my questions very thoroughly it was very patient with me his name I'm sorry I can't remember but it did say he was a manager if I could remember his name I would definitely give it he went over and above and I appreciated it
Nice because its a typical parts store and it is what you expect. The three stars is because they claim they support the veterans but the discount is for a few items in the store when I know they are allowed to give the discount to everything as evidenced by visiting other stores in other states and getting the discounts on every item. I will go to Napa where the give the discounts to everything in the store.
Usually too expensive and staff usually gives wrong or defective part. Only use in a pinch when they have what I need in stock and I can't wait for it to be shipped from my preferred vendor
When i got there they gave me everything I wanted...i need a battery...they had it..i need a freshener....they had it....everything I went to get from that store...they had...that one skinny kid is kool and so is that fat guy with a beard...i super excited when I go in there cuz I know I'm not gonna leave with just a woman and cookies...walmart is awesome place to shop!! And when I start to walk out the door they always tell me how awesome and kool I am with that ear to ear grin like you just had sex the night before and wanted to brag but couldn't cuz your afraid people would get upset cuz they didn't get any...so good job guys I give you a 4 rating!!
