1. Went in for oil filter for my lawn mower. They didn't bother to look it up and handed me one and said this is what you need. It wasn't. Cost me a 35 mile round trip to get the right one. 2. Went in for a couple of O rings and said it would be around $2.85 for the two. Told them I didn't need them that bad. Went to another place and bought them for about 35 cents apiece. I don't know who sets the prices but somebody needs to come back down to earth.
I stopped by in the late afternoon to get a replacement hydraulic hose for my tractor. They had the necessary parts and assembled my hose in short order. I picked up a few other needed items while I was there. The prices were reasonable for today's world.
The last 5 or 6 times that we have gotten anything from there they have given us the wrong part. We had to spent almost 6 hours in a Walmart parking lot until almost 3 in the morning because for the second time in a roll they gave us the wrong universal joint.
Had a engine light come on a Saturday afternoon and got a free diagnostic and some excellent advice regarding "safe to drive". Promp, friendly and knowledgable service.
If they don't have what you need to fix your car or truck, they can have it for you by the next day and the guy's behind the counter can most generally give you two or three different parts options at different prices. And if they can't get it, they will usually recommend a different parts house.
I needed to make a return and couldn't find my receipt or my loyalty card. The man behind counter was very patient and helped me to figure out which phone number I had used and all was good. He had me smiling and on my way in no time
