I’ve been towed by Sam’s on several occasions. I’ve had amazing customer service each time. I was towed quickly. And every single employee I’ve met has been a pleasure. Genuinely nice, professional people. You can just tell they enjoy what they do.
I’ve had two vehicles inspected here as well. Which is basically a public service. They’re not really making any money doing inspections. That’s why I have to leave my small town that has several mechanics and drive over to Lathrop. If it weren’t for them, I would have to go all the way to the city. And I’m very grateful for that as well. They got me in pretty quickly too. But I know that may have just been luck.

The Sam’s team is exceptional!! My car died on the highway, without warning, as I was driving to Kansas City for a family member’s medical emergency. They were kind enough to adjust scheduling and tow me 50 Miles into KC so no one had to leave the hospital to come get me and I could be with my family ASAP. I am truly grateful for their kindness, efficiency and expert service!
By far best group of individuals I have ever encountered in the automotive service industry. They went above and beyond in so many ways, even so much as to finding me parts (which the parts store did not carry) for my vehicle on a Sunday and getting my son to an airport in order to make it to his wedding. Flat on 35 South of Lathrop North of Holt. Called Onstar. Called Sam’s. Got call from Sam. 20 minutes was there. Young man who arrived knew what he was doing. Done in no time. Traffic. Traffic was terrible. Would hardly slow down or get over. Son and I stood along edge to make them move. Even the young man working on it commented how inconsiderate the traffic was.

Super nice people!!! Stranded on the side of the rode. Call road side assistance and was met with a very courteous and professional roll back driver who insured I was okay and safe before inspecting the car. Was very courteous asking if the keys were in the car. I answered Yes. He loaded the car and we were on the way to the shop.
Now mind you I don't have an appointment I'm traveling through areas I've only ever seen from an elevation of about 10 feet. ( Retired truck driver). There shop was full of work to be done . But the sent a guy out in there lot to see if they had a rim to fit my car . Which they did ok so then the have a new tire a a used rim and I got get the money and the store turned me down we won't mention the dollar general store in Missouri that was supposed to cash money grams but the young lady was rude and said that her store didn't do money grams.but Sam's being the nice people they are with a gentleman's word and a hand shake and a promise to make a payment today I was back on the road 2 days ago.

Beyond impressive tow service!!! They communicated constantly with me before they got to my car. When they got there, the driver was excellent at explaining to us what he was going to do and why and asked if that plan was ok with us.
We had him put the car in our garage and it was a tight fit so we were a little nervous but he did it PERFECTLY and made it look super easy!
The driver ever showed us how things about the car we didn’t know and he was very informative!
He went above and beyond to make sure he didn’t damage our car in anyway with what we were asking him to do.
Very, very, very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone!
Our engine light started blinking on the way home from Thanksgiving. They quickly came and towed us, diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and fixed it, all on a holiday weekend. We were back on the road in just a few hours. So grateful to these guys for their kindness, speed, and professionalism. Glad to know they are there!
Excellent service especially on a night that was 25 degrees and 8:00 pm. Inside dual on a pretty odd and heavy load. So affordable it should be a crime!!! Would highly recommend even if it’s 40 miles out of your way!!!
I had issues with my 2003 Crown Victoria (220,000 miles). I was going to have my car towed to the local Ford dealer when the manager of Sam's Body and Glass called me. After speaking with him, I decided to go with him. I must admit, I was apprehensive at first, but I'm elated I chose Sam's. The staff was so very pleasant. They were extremely knowledgeable. As a matter of fact, the mechanic caught a big problem that the Ford dealer made during tune up and corrected it. Turns out I didn't need a part that I was told I needed. My car was running like a Swiss watch and has more power now than it's had in a long time. If you are in need of some mechanical work on your vehicle, DO NOT hesitate to go see them, even if you have to go out of your way. They will treat you right. They will have my business from now on. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Sam's
This tow company is great! The tow driver kept in touch with me every step of the way and was so polite. There was also a woman I talked with and she was so helpful. If I should need another tow some day in the future ( hopefully not anytime soon). I would use them again!

Had a blowout on I-35 on a Friday evening. Called Sam’s and a service vehicle was dispatched to us in about 20 minutes! We were able to replace all 4 tires (they were all in bad shape) on our camper for a very reasonable price and we were back on the road to our final destination. Thank you for helping us!
Andrew was the tech who helped us (At least that’s the name that came up on the phone ID. The gentleman who helped us may have given his name but I don’t remember.) Once he arrived he was quick to get the tire changed and get us going. It did take quite a while for him to arrive but I don’t know how busy the service was and it was 3:30AM.
5 stars!! I was in a bind traveling on the interstate when my car started smoking and overheating. I was able to use my triple A to get towed to Sam’s. They answered my call when they were in the middle of a town celebration parade but that didn’t stop them from being able to look at my car the same day and to tel me if the issues were fixable since I was traveling. 100% recommend. this business is honest and very responsive!

I locked my keys in my car pretty far outside the city. Once I was connected to sam’s, I had the most efficient service. They called me right away, and got to me fast. Had them out in under 2 minutes. They made this experience so stress free. I’m thankful!
When my classic car broke a belt and was unable to drive it 100 miles home from our day trip, Sam's Tow coordinated through AAA motor club, did an excellent job hauling the car and us back home. The wait time wasn't bad considering it was a holiday. We were very pleased with the excellent service and grateful to get the car and us home in the same day.
WOW! Amazing customer service. We were on our way through town on an 8 hour journey when we broke down. Kenny found us swiftly and got us to the shop. My teenage daughter and I were immediately comfortable with Kenny and he even told us some of the town’s history on our short trip. We got to Sam’s shop where we were immediately welcome. They immediately got to work on our car. 5 minutes later, our car was fixed. We were charged very little and had a great time just chatting with the boys and the office lady. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I sort of wish I lived closer because I know where I’d take all of my vehicles… SAM’S! Very friendly, honest, and fairly priced mechanic! Thank you, guys for a pleasant experience and getting us back on the road so quickly!
When the guy first come, he introduced himself told me who he was with and he was there to tow me home. Asked if I was going to ride with him or my mom. I asked him if I could just ride with him home and show him where I lived. He put my truck right where I wanted it. Kenny was very nice and polite. Thank you guys for the tow. Left the vehicle in the middle of the road, with the key on (battery is now dead), and the ignition is broken. I called to ask them what happened, and the lady that answered told me to shut up and that I was lying. Now contacting AAA about them causing damage and taking legal action after they just blocked me after the phone call....
