Andrew from CTS is the best tow operator we have ever seen. He extracted an inoperable 1941 Classic Ford truck from a tight garage space at our home, transported to a local shop, and then returned the vehicle right back into the same tight garage space while making it look easy the entire time. Andrew is effective and very efficient while taking the very best care of your vehicle throughout the entire process. We can’t imagine anyone being able to do a better job. We highly recommend him! You can’t go wrong!

Around July 11th I ended up blowing a tire in the middle of heavy traffic in Gladstone.. Well, of course I called my tow truck guy, Andrew & a rescue ensued! He's never been 1 to let me down no matter my circumstances or his current situation. I cannot say "thank you" enough for always coming through for me!! ... No matter which company he's worked for or whatever the task might be... He always, always shows up with a smile on his face & pride for his line of work inside his soul. I've never seen a more hardworking, driven, & skilled individual who puts in a huge amount of effort & gives it his all. You're an amazing person, Andrew. Thank you for all you've done for me. Can’t recommend enough. Called CTS from the side of the road while my insurance roadside assistance was searching for an available tow. I don’t know how he managed to get there so fast! My car was picked up and gone before my insurance company found a tow. Price was exceptionally low. Next time I have an unexpected car debacle, I know who to call!

Andrew did a GREAT JOB! He called to tell us how far way he was, how lomg itbwould take for him to get to us and kept checking in. He had the right tools and got yhe tire changed quickly. We even had a lug nut that was too tight for a regular tool to loosen it and Andrew had a variety of tools that he used to get the lug nut free. I recommend them in the HIGHEST terms! Thank you CTS!

I ran out of diesel fuel today and I called CTS for a road side fueling. I was very happy with the prompt service. The call went to the owner and hope into his personal vehical as his tow driver were on call and brought fuel to me. I was running behind to pick up my grandson and he totally went over the top to help.

First snow of the year sure got me! Spun off the side of the highway, down a small hill. Got passed by multiple people, understandably, offered to be pulled 5 feet for $250+, waited a little longer and here came CTS tow! I told him I didn’t have any money, and I had someone on the way to take me home until I could come back to get my car, and he said “nah. I got you. I’ll pull you out” and I’ve never been more thankful. Great people, willing to help in a pinch, and not just looking to make a quick buck off the misfortunate!!

Called for tow service, CTS arrived within specified time as stated over the phone. Damian (very courteous) tried to jump start my car, thereby saving me some money, but it would not stay running. I would recommend CTS to anyone.
