It's a junkyard what can you really say but the part I needed they had and it worked perfect the people who work there were more than nice and more than willing to help me out with what I needed

So service was not the best and I got home with my door and didn’t have a door panel or none of the stuff on it or a mirror or any of this. The person I was dealing with did not explain any of this to me. He just told me that I was buying a door if you would’ve said that the door you’re buying wasn’t going to have a door panel or anything like that on it. I would’ve told him to include all that to it and I would’ve bought the whole door like I saw it on the truck After I got home and looked at the door. The door panel was gone everything that is normally on the door is completely gone. If I knew it was going to be like this I probably would’ve went somewhere else so I could’ve got the whole door or if you would’ve just informed me that the door was not gonna come with the door panel or a mirror or any of the stuff for the door when you’re purchasing the door for $150 then I would’ve bought all the other stuff but obviously they need to work on their communication because they had zero communication and it didn’t seem like they really wanted to help me as a customer Communication would earn them more money and let me know what I was getting so I can expect that I was just getting a door without anything on it very disappointed with the customer service
Im trying to contact you guys, but every time i call, no one picks up. im trying to get information on a car im interesting for parts. I live about 3 hrs away not trying to vist then finding out car not there anymore.
Fantastic experience!!! My daughter's car had an issue with one of the rims and I called Stutesmun to see if they had a rim, which they did. However, I gave them the wrong size and the next day they found the correct rim and gave me a discount and took the other one back. Don't go anywhere else!!! Thanks Stutesmun!!!!!!
They put prices on there web-site and then tell you something else. They are very rude and treat their customers like they are stupid. They have horrible knowledge of parts and how to find them.
Bought a shifter cable that was full of dirt
They said it had the o ring in it. Came home and washed it so I could see it better. No o ring
They will not take it back or anything. Go to buddys or pick and pull they will back there sales. Very displeased with this company.
I really needed a strut ASAP as I am from NJ and my son's girlfriends car needed it to pass inspection before I left. They were very kind and courteous. They were very busy and they got the part out for me on time. I thank you so VERY MUCH !!! I highly recommend this business!!!
Absolutely, hands down, the very best place for used auto parts. The Stutesum family name is known for hard work, honesty and integrity which is evident in their business practices. You won't be disappointed buying from them!
Called ahead and told them what I needed, called me back tge next day and told me they had my item, gave me the price(which was the best price I found anywhere, including online) and said they'd have it the next day. Went there, told them what I was there for, they put it in my car and I paid for it. Excellent experience, nothing I can complain about.
Let me explain my horrible experience with these people especially Mike.
I was told I would need to give my card information before anything was to be done.
So reluctantly after giving my card information to inquire and purchase the rare Ford aspire parts from Oklahoma to be delivered, I was told that they did not deliver, even though their Craigslist add stated they delivered to AR, OK, MO and KS. I set out to find a ride to Fayetteville (my thumb is broken and I'm on pain meds). I had found one the day of this operation my ride bailed on me. I called in to cancel this order of parts and was informed that there would be a 100$ re stock fee for parts that were never delivered I was outraged. I then had to come to terms with this after being pressured into buying the parts without being sure of this and then having to pay this outrageous fee. I was lied to about the refund of the rest of my money.
I was informed again by Mike that I would receive my money in 2 days. I called back in outraged offer 4 had passed with no money to be informed it could take 7.
Never do business with these shady con artists.
