Came in after I failed an inspection for my brake lights being out. Daniel helped me change the bulbs then we realized that wasn’t the problem. He figured out the problem and had a part delivered from Nixa so I didn’t have to drive with no brake lights. Once the part was delivered Daniel switched the part for me, he awesome and got me a passed inspection, a true 5 star experience!
After the bad storms knocked power out in most of clever including my house, I stopped here to get a battery and carb cleaner to get my generator running. Power was out in the store but they stayed open and were accepting cash only. I could tell it was stressful working without lighting or computers but they handled it well and professionally. They didn't have to stay open but did which saved me from having to drive to the next town to get my generator running.
Great Staff!! We went to buy some brighter lights and planned on putting them in our selves but the guy behind the counter saw I was in a back brace and said he could do it when I asked how much the labor would be he told me it is a free courtesy if they are not too hard some vehicles are very difficult some even require removal of the front bumper or taking out the fender liner to get to so obviously Not something you do in the parking lot… mine were easy I tried to tip him and he said Nope it’s part of my job but thanks anyway.. Great Pricing Better Service!!! Highly recommended!!!
Agents should know something about cars before being allowed to give advise and sell parts they don't know anything about....had to go to the store 3 times in one day trying to get the correct pulley...eventually I went to AutoZone and got the correct one the first time.
Walked in and specifically said I'm looking for some ideas, just wanted to pick someone's brain about it. I was having some problems with my 7.3, I told him what my truck was doing and said do you have any ideas of what it could be, his response, take it to a shop. No other response and it took him only 2 seconds to reply he put absolutely zero thought into it I guess what was on his phone was more important. If everyone took their vehicles to a shop every time something happened God knows that dude would not have a job, educate yourself. Headed to AutoZone.
Went for brake parts and a 13mm socket, we could not get service or the parts w we needed I won't go back again Auto Zone is where we found great service and all parts we needed
The Assistant Manager went out of his way to walk me through fixing my wife's AC. He just started asking me questions after I made a simple comment while checking out. Most people would have ignored my comment, let me buy the wrong thing I was about to buy, and moved on to the next customer. It ultimately saved me a lot of time and money. Great customer service!

I kinda is just stop here because my windshield wipers were really crappy and I needed a better set of windshield wipers so when I was around went in I have have one up and I asked him about the windshield wipers I was just like I need some windshield wipers early you know what it what are you got and I said yeah and I told him what I got and then he is meant to say I need 21 inch wipers in the 19 inch wipers and then I was like that's great and so he he was really knowledgeable and pretty good as far as getting me the right set of wipers there so I got to give it a good score
