GT Tow is fantastic! I’m an Office Administrator for a body shop and any time I need a vehicle delivered or moved, I know I can count on them for prompt, courteous, and reliable service. All of the drivers I interact with are friendly and great at their jobs! I am very comfortable recommending their services to any of my customers and family/friends.

Well I didn't get serviced by them bit I had a driver in independence off blueridge rd about pushed me off the off he was riding my ended when I was going 35 mph. They need to make sure they are safe drivers. Didn't get license plate but I did see gt tow red truck. Get better and safe drivers.

I asked the tech, Chris if he would be able to just be able to move us out of the road so that we weren’t blocking traffic and I could wait for AAA; I would have paid him for that. He said he could not. He said that he could get the car in neutral by overriding the system so he could get it on the bed; in doing so, I could have then gotten it started and been able to move it. The car starts now and I can drive it, forward and in reverse (he also said we would not be able to do that)… and I get you’re in a business to make money, but instead of being even a slightly decent human being, you took advantage of someone who had just been in a car accident and charged them 291.50 to go less than a mile. That is PREDATORY.

GT towing did an amazing job for us today. We called and they had someone out within 20 minutes, if not faster. They were polite, courteous, and affordable. First class service! Thanks!

Disappointed and Misled I had a frustrating experience with gt tow. When I first spoke with them, they assured me that towing my vehicle wouldn’t cost anything and that I could retrieve my belongings without any additional charges. However, when I arrived to pick up my things, they suddenly demanded payment before allowing me access. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation, and the lack of transparency was extremely frustrating. If there were going to be fees, they should have been upfront about it from the beginning. Instead, I was put in a tough spot I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re looking for honesty and clear communication. Make sure to get everything in writing before dealing with them!

Brandon with G.T. Was a lifesaver today!!! I was stuck on the side of the road in snow on Cookingham, and he pulled over and pulled me out of the ditch! It was quick and he ensured both of our safety as he did so! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Brandon!

Our vehicle lost its electrical system just off I-35 in Liberty MO. Police called GT Tow Service to remove from intersection. Within 10 minutes James #166 was on site and towed our vehicle and transported us to local Liberty Car Care. Highly professional, reasonable price and very much appreciated! Thanks!

I had a tire leaking air. I was in Platte city so I called the nearest tire shop to make sure they had a tire and could install it today. All good, I'm headed down the highway and then, KABOOM!! So I got off the highway. GT was the second company I called. Got an estimate then they had the driver call me. Never once spoke with a robot. The driver was a real pro had my car ready to go in like a minute. Can't say enough good things about these guy's. Probably won't ever call anyone else.

James showed up quickly and was fast, careful, professional, and respectful. Really appreciated him going the extra mile on his day off to tow my truck on a cold winter night. Very pleased with the service from James @ GT Tow!

I wasn’t even a customer, as I’m waiting over 2 hours for my roadside assistance tow… a GT tow truck driver Devin, pulled over on the side of I-35 just to make sure we were okay. If I coulda handed him my key and used their service i absolutely would’ve. GT will be the only service I call from now on

Called Shaun and told him my wife hit a bump in the road and flattened 2 of her tires. Shaun had a driver there quick and towed the car to our house. I highly recommend using Shaun and GT Tow Service. Thank you Shaun.

Tyler came and towed our car yesterday. He was extremely prompt, professional and empathetic to our situation. He's been responsive to phone calls dealing with insurance and very courteous. I would highly recommend using GT Towing if you need something. Thanks!

As I sat at the exit ramp light off I-35 S to 152 Hwy, a white JT Tow Truck just about rear-ended my car today. The younger guy driving started yelling out the window at me while flipping me off. I hadn't done a thing to this person, so I called 911 because he appeared to be possibly crazy and out of control. He probably knew what I was doing as I held my phone (I have a phone in my car that syncs) out the window while stopped as he got into a different lane going west on 152. This guys shouldn't be driving for anyone. Zero stars for this guy.

We had truck run out of gas and GT Towing from Smithville MO came for it. That when everything went to hell. First the truck was damaged in the towing process. It was trashed on the inside. Rummaged through. Stuff everywhere. Then items were stolen. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. The sad part is it's use and under contract by the Kansas city police.

My tire blew out on the highway. AAA had no one for me. So I had to find my own tow. They were 24hour and were able to help me. The price was soooo low for an after hour tow! I highly recommend them. Everyone was so nice as well!

SCAMMERS! Robbed my older neighbor. Way over priced and sneaky fees. They are in the business of taking advantage of elderly women and people in tight spots. Don’t use this company please!

Thomas answered my call promptly, called me back promptly after he checked with another one of their tow trucks near me and decided to come get my van himself when he learned the other tow truck near me was busy. Thomas was very safe and professional. He even gave me a ride to nearby Days Inn. Highly recommended...! Reasonable price for tow.

Was in an accident. Car was towed here. Had a minor misunderstanding as you cant get items out of the car until its paid for. Came back a few days later, got my stuff out, every thing was fine.

POSITIVES - Daughter was in a 4 car crash, on I35/29 SB at rush hour. Even though this company is the approved and pre-determined tow price, they did a great job taking care of her. The lot staff made it easy to come in and retrieve personal belongings & sign off on car to be towed to insurance lot. NEGATIVES - The Tow lot address was nowhere to be found on the business card given me, nor was I given a copy of the tow receipt. Their website lacks, so dropping my rate to a 4 versus 5 for them.

Pretty straight forward services. I don't know much about cars or things along those lines but the people I spoke with to book a tow and even the tow truck driver himself were great! I paid under my quoted price and everything was executed pretty seamlessly. This company's service was significantly lower than the other people I called! Will definitely use these guys in the future!

My car was towed to this facility after an accident, and I drove the considerable distance on a cold and misty Saturday ,only to discover that the office was closed. One of the owners drove over, unlocked the facility, and allowed me to retrieve the contents of my car, for which I was most appreciative.

Wow. They lost my car. Claimed they never towed my vehicle and when we gave the description of the driver they continued to deny towing my vehicle. Thankfully my husband was able to find where GT had towed my car but with no help from GT employees.

Jeremy came out quickly to get my truck out of the mud. I was stuck and late for work. I was in a tight spot between my fence and garage and he pulled me out quickly without hitting either. Price was reasonable and service was excellent. Will use again if needed

My insurance company got me in contact with GT Tow and they provided phenomenal service! They not only assisted me with getting my car out of a ditch after an accident, they worked with my insurance company over the phone, changed locations for where I wanted my car to go to get collision service at, and they made the entire experience seamless. I can't thank them enough for it!

I worked with Rodney,who was very professional and caring about my situation. He had our van loaded up in no time and safely back to our facility. Heaven forbid I ever need another tow truck, but if I do I will call GTO first.
