These people went out of their way to find my part at every store around town and then went and got it for me. Brady was speedy with the delivery! The manager Franceska was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Amazing place.
I locked my keys in my car, and I got a lockout kit from them. It was extremely nervous to use it. The manager came out and took out his own time and helped me use the tool and get me back in my car. Barney was the manager on duty. Frankie was the other employee there and she was also very helpful and kind. I appreciate their help more than they know. I highly recommend this location! Thanks again guys!
Great service! I needed a battery my son was on his way to work. I told my son to go to work and he could instill the battery when he got home. Brady heard our conversation and offered to change my battery. I offered him a tip but he declined. Super glad to have them in my home town!!!
I purchased a oil filter for a v 8 Ford today it was almost 17 dollars seemed a little bit over priced will not be going back I know when I have been taken

I came in for some windshield wiper fluid and some other small parts. When I walked in the 2 ladies came out and helped me find everything I needed. Mack came out to my car and helped me read the codes on my car. Franchiska helped me get the parts to fix my codes. Very organized store. Will return and recommend this store to all of my people
I came in a few days ago and there was 2 heavyset women a blond and a dark haired one. I walked in and it reeked of marijuana and they payed no attention to me while i was there until i came to purchase my items at the counter. They were rude while i was purchasing talking to each other. I will NOT be coming here again after this incident. Shame on this store.
They were absolutely awesome! We are on vacation with 5 kids. The youngest being 11 months. They let us use a couple tool to change out our thermostat and let our kids hang out inside out of the heat and humidity.
I own a shop and these guys are knowledgable and get my parts on time Manager Skinner and assistant manager Abigail along with the whole team are awesome to work with. I recoment using this parts store.
The salesman was very helpful in assisting me with what I needed. He even explained the difference in cost of the part plus warrant. He did not try to push me into purchasing the more costly one and did not talk down to me because I was a woman. I really appreciate that. The washer fluid cap fit perfectly and easy to snap on.
This store is absolutely amazing the people are warm and helpful soon as you walk in the door they greet you and ask if they can help right off the bat
The employees made me feel very assured, and they were all very knowledgeable. I appreciate their help and taking the time to help me get the paint that matches my car. I didn't know that was a thing. My dad always did the mechanic stuff. I'm just happy that we have an O'Reilly's here in town that helps people like me who haven't been informed about these things and are willing to learn. I appreciate your help today
