The battery in my Jeep Grand Cherokee died. We contacted roadside assistance though my Farm Bureau Insurance company. They contact Miller Tow Service. The driver (Dominic) was there within 20 minutes. The place that we were supposed to be towed to was closed, so Dominic found another shop to take the jeep to. This young man was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Miller Tow Service to anyone in the Harrisonville, MO area.
Dominic, hauled my vintage truck to have it worked on. He showed up early, very courteous and very professional. He did an awesome job taking every precaution not to scratch the paint or chrome on the truck! When my car broke down I called for a quote and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful with doing that. Once I agreed to have them tow my car they arrived promptly, took great care when loading my car, answered any questions I had, and was very professional. I would recommend having them tow your vehicle or help with any needs they can assist you with.
Great experience and price, I will recommend if you are in trouble in the millde of nowhere like I was, got my two tires flat due to a big hole in the highway.

Excellent and prompt service after I called for tow. Scott was very helpful when I needed it. I have used then in the past and will call then if/when needed again.
Called for towing service and feel I got a little therapy added in. I sure did get kind and generous service, with Scott arriving within minutes of my call with such a reassuring smile and rare willingness to spare me as much expense as possible. No one wants to need a tower but when you do, Millers is who you want.

I feel bad that I forgot the guys name who helped me. He was very helpful I was having a overheating issue. Helped me burp my coolant system and even drove behind me for a few miles to see if I would over heat again before having to tow. He was genuinely trying to save me money at the expense of his own lively hood. Tow was the most reasonable price I could find. Showed up 10 min after I called over all super quick and amazing customer service. Wish I could rate 10/5 on google:.(
Was assigned this provider through Geico. The driver I spoke with, Chris I believe, was less than pleasant and sounded mad about paperwork that wouldn't be signed because I didn't stay with my car. Its a hot day and I have my 2 year old.. sorry but I'm not standing around the side of the road for a few hours. After trying to reach out several times I got no response and had to have Geico reach out to verify my car was even dropped off at the tire shop. Definitely will not use this shop or recommend.
These men are great. My husband thought he had dropped the car key while walking the dog. They walked through the grass and looked everywhere they could think of. They went above and beyond to help! Highly recommended. Oh the key was found. If you see this Thank you again your kindness is so appriciated.
