This is the fastest service I have ever received from AAA! Amanda showed up in 20min, changed out my spare and was completely done before I even had a chance to finish my follow up call with roadside assistance. Professional, friendly and fast!
The techs refusal to do his job cost me 5 hours in my travel to Co and $100 in supplies to replace tarps and buy paracord he was on the phone with someone the whole time was completely unprofessional he refused to put the old tire under the truck where the full size spare was.. his negligence induced panic attacks and subsequent meltdowns by my memtally ill neice who I was moving . When I reported this the supervisor he was sympathetic but offered nothing to compensate me for my massive troubles. enterprise did however make up for they're shortcomings ... I wish I had paid attention to the techs name he was reported as a seasoned tech so idk why he didn't want to his job just lazy that day or he is just a major jerk ( the nicest word I can use here i prefer others ) Id give zero stars if I could for this tech
Thank you AAA for assigning our towing needs to Roadside Services Towing! We could not have had a better experience, nor been treated any better by the office staff and driver, and will definitely request this company again should the need arise for another tow.
I made the request through the AAA online assistant, and was advised the driver would be at the pickup location in 15 minutes. I was unable to meet at that time, so called the tow company to see if we could push it back about an hour. They were very accommodating, and rescheduled for the later time.
Upon arrival, the driver, Rifkin, warmly greeted us and confirmed the location of the repair shop the car was being towed to. The car could not be started because the oil had leaked from the engine, so we pushed it into the street, which was in a very tight and cumbersome cul-de-sac. Rifkin was a pro at getting the flatbed truck in the tight space, worked quickly and efficiently to load the car, answering our questions along the way, and made sure the car was safely secured for transport.
At the dealership, Rifkin maneuvered around the very busy and crowded lot, and unloaded the car in the designated area in what seemed like a matter of minutes. We were very impressed with his professionalism and concern for the well being of our car.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Roadside Services Towing and Rifkin, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!
Driver damaged my bumper, exhaust, and rear end by dragging it down the street, then lied about it. "I didn't do it, the shop did"
, I then received a threatening call to my cell phone. NOT COOL!
Company refuses to take responsibility for their actions. All activities from both ends recorded on CCTV.
Driver indicated damage was done post delivery. delivery video clearly shows otherwise. Pickup video from the hotel and loft across the street clearly shows no damage between picking up and the 1/2 mile trek between my place and the shop.
This company caused $4,500 damage to my car. AAA is going after them, but I will also be seeking damages legally in small claims court.
Roadside Services could have just paid the $1700 for my bumper to be replaced, repainted, etc. But since they refuse to acknowledge that or any other fault I will be also seeking damage to the bottom of my exhaust pipes, tips, and mufflers.
In this picture it is obvious to tell how far the right two exhaust pipes were pushed up into my cars subframe.
Absolutely fantastic service, being in the towing industry myself and knowing how frustrating it can be sometimes everyone was on top of it and very kind! Thank you will my driver and the rest of the team and AAA for making sure I got home safely and got my car where it needed to go! I look forward to using yall again in the future!

Update update!!!!!! I have had to use the company twice in the last week and the Customer service is A1.Trey and JT helped me today in the heat for about 2hrs moving my car. At this point, whoever does the hiring out there in belton they need to teach a class because they know who to put on what job and how to get the job done.Let me add Meagan to the list,she has all of her duck in a row Very well, spoken!!!!!!!!
I had a great experience with driver Avione Turner. The pin I sent him to locate my car was incorrect. He worked with me to get him to the correct location and did so with a great attitude. Never got frustrated and even went inside the first location to see if maybe they had the car towed. I grew up in a towing family in Springfield MO. My parents owned Henry's towing, so I know a little bit about customer service in the towing industry. Avione was awesome and I will definitely request him the next time I need a AAA tow.
This company knows what they are doing. They are amazing. The dispatch team the drivers everything! I'm beyond happy with the service I reviewed. The drivers name was Jeremy and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The dispatcher that helped me with my call went above and beyond to help me get service during this weather. She is extremely wonderful and I appreciate her for helping. I was stuck on the side of the interstate and it was super cold. Jess (the dispatcher) made sure I got service super quick and kept me updated.
Are you kidding me! What happens when your truck pulling a camper breaks down 500 miles from home… This roadside services team both on the phone at corporate (Adam was his name) And your field technicians in Kcmo, Bill, and the other gentleman went far above what anyone would consider normal in today’s world!!!! Additionally, it was a priority to be sure that I was safe. Can’t say enough about these folks.
DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICES!! They towed my car and let it roll off of the truck and let it hit my father’s vehicle! Then the supervisor Kyle went out of his way to find a old satellite picture claiming that my fathers vehicle already had damages so they refused to take care of my fathers car, although you can clearly see in the satellite picture that Kyle pulled up that the damages are not in the same area ! They still have not taken care of the damages they’ve caused due to the negligence of their employee. They seem to think that my father doesn’t speak English for whatever reason, I assume because my father has an accident. But my father is currently in the process of filing a small claims through the courts and complaining to the city about them.. when I went to the office to speak to the manager they screamed at me and told me to leave. They have the worst service and character. again, DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR TOW!
Driver was stopped in QT parking lot on side of the building, but not in a parking space. I was pulling in, going straight, as the driver started moving at me. I had my babies in the car and was terrified when I realized he was coming for me. He was probably within a foot of T-boning me. Luckily he actually looked forward and slammed on his brakes. I was not speeding through to get ahead of the truck before he decided to go. I was far enough away when he was stopped to easily see me. I saw the truck and proceeded with caution, he was still stopped until I was in front of him. He was simply not paying attention and if he had accelerated any faster he would have hit me.
Thaddeus and Bill were absolutely wonderful. They really went the extra mile to help us get out of a tough situation and were both incredibly kind in the process. Thanks from our whole family.

Mason over at Roadside Services is a true professional and a great person all around! He changed the tire for me and stuck around to make sure my alignment wasn't off. After realizing my alignment was not right he loaded my car up and towed it down the road to the nearest tire shop. These are all things he was required to do but he continued to do everything outside of his required duties and went above and beyond to help me out!
After dropping off my car he took me to QT and then proceeded to take me home since the call volume was low instead of me waiting in the cold and having to order an Uber. Mason was a true inspiration to me and exemplified someone who goes above and beyond for customers! This is the guy you want when you are having car trouble! Thank you for everything you did Mason!
After a catastrophic drivetrain failure left me disabled roadside I contacted AAA for assistance. After some clown business with AAA, they forwarded my need to Roadside Services Towing of Kansas City (Belton) who promptly called to let me know they received my request from AAA, there were two other customers ahead of me and it would be 45-60 minutes.
60 minutes later I received a call from Alex (?) asking if a tow with a car dolly/wheel lift would be ok. I advised a roll back was preferred as the vehicle I had was Mercedes Benz with the 4Matic all wheel drive. Alex advised it would be about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. If I had known this in the first place, I would have called my standby Jackson County Tow and disputed the service with AAA for reimbursement.
2 hours later (11:05am) Roadside Services Towing arrived and I was greeted by Bobby, a new driver and Dave. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and aware of the unique towing procedure for the MB cars.
They provided me a courtesy ride with the car as well as good conversation. This driver team was very professional and even the 'new guy' did an awesome job!
I hadn't heard of Roadside Services Towing before, but I would have no worries using them again for any of my collector cars or daily drivers.
Now AAA, they are a pain to deal with but Roadside Services Towing did a fantastic job, with quality team members like these I'm sure the remainder of the staff is top notch and squared away!

The driver, Chris, was my savior today. He came promptly after I called & set up service. He was kind & willing to be of service even though the spare wasn't the right fit & also needed a jump start. He made my day by helping me with just taking the time to assess what I actually needed help with! I so appreciate it.
Micah saved the day. Literally had a driver drive right past us and continue on the complete opposite way, stopped answering phone calls, and went out to eat while saying he was on the way. When AAA decided to cancel and get me a different driver I got Micah and he was the best !! Fast, efficient, and very friendly.
I got the chance of working with Michah today ! Thank god for that because man I was in a jam when he came. He was the only person able to get my truck out of drive, and stayed patient through my whole hour and a half problem. He was super respectful & held great conversation. He made me thankful to have my membership with AAA.

Nathan and Ashley came to give me tow, they showed up 15 minutes before their estimated time of arrival. I told them what was happening with my vehicle and Nathan was able to fix it on the spot, saving me from having to get towed at all. HIGHLY recommend this service!!!
