Got a tow to get my transmission worked on. They got here when they said they would and were nothing but professional, kind, and fairly priced.

WOW, just WOW, words can't explain, but I'll try. The whole crew were so awesome. Rob and Cody went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. Their professionalism and compassion is unmatched. They assisted us after the accident, showing genuine care and making a stressful situation much easier to handle. Being out of state, they even ensured that we were supported every step of the way, including getting us to lodging. Thank you Kendall's so much you guys ROCK!!!

On 6/13 I backed my old 4x4 truck out of the garage and found one very flat tire. I'm old and not as strong as I used to be. So, after calling and reporting the situation to AAA emergency services, I quickly got a text from Kendall Towing saying a truck would be there in 10 minutes, and it was! Brian (Jackson) was friendly and relaxed. He got that flat off and my heavy, full-sized spare on in no time, and put the flat in my truck bed for me to take to the repair shop that morning. Quick, efficient and professional. Thx Brian, Kendall Towing and AAA!

Check engine light came on and car stopped working. Called and they had a tow truck to me in 15 minutes Ryan the driver was respectful and was very quick! And had me back home in a total of 35 minutes! Definitely recommend

We were leaving capital region hospital when the transmission on my friends jeep went out. She promptly got on the phone and called Kendalls. Within 15 minutes there was both truck and driver on scene and after another 15 minutes the jeep, my friend, and myself were loaded and heading home. The drivers name is Rob. When it comes to towing this man knows his shit. His professionalism and courtesy were A++. I'm 56 years old and have been towed more times than I have years and this was definitely the best experience I've ever had with both company and driver. Folks, Rob keeps his truck immaculate. It even smelled good and remember this is a tow truck. Rob got us and the jeep home to St Elizabeth in both a safe and expeditious manner. When I asked my friend what she thought of the whole experience she described Rob as "DOABLE" So ladies, if you need towed CALL KENDALLS!!! Ask for Rob and I'm sure he'll have you "HOOKED UP" in no time!!!! ? A huge thanks to both Rob and Kendalls!!!

We had a semi that was stuck in snow. Was told when we inquiring about pricing for the pull out that it was 300 per hour. A driver was dispatched out and we were able to be pulled out after about a hour and a half then boom we were hit with a $3000 tab, never being informed nor disclosed that it was a different prices per hour per truck. They dispatched two trucks. They charged $450 for one truck with a 4 hour minimum ($1800) and $300 for the other truck with a 4 hour minimum ($1200). It's very misleading and deceptive because when you are calling around in the area they make it seem like they're the cheapest when comparing pricing is concerned, when that's not true in fact they are actually the most expensive. They have other companies in the area that is 900 per hour with an 2 hour minimum. I wouldn't recommend their services to an enemy. Next time my truck will wait on the snow to melt before calling these guys.

My son was in a terrifyingly bad accident on Hwy 70 over an hour away from our home. We ended up needing our car to he towed 2x’s. Once to quickly clear it from the Hwy and again to have it towed home. Both Kendall’s tow truck operators thot helped us were wonderful. By the time we were ready to have the car towed home we were exhausted and Rob, our 2nd tow truck operator went above and beyond to make everything as painless as possible for us. He even put the keys in the auto body shops overnight drop box for us which saved us a trip.. I highly recommend Rob at Kendall’s towing. He helped make a very difficult day a little more bearable.

Needed a tow this morning when the wheel fell off my truck! Kendall’s sent us Robert who was a godsend, he reattached the wheel and even found all the lug nuts and the brake assembly. He was extremely helpful and prompt. 10/10 for Robert! Kendall’s has great employees!

This was one of the best towing experiences I’ve ever had. They were responsive and very accommodating. Our driver was Brian and he was very quick, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Kendall’s Towing if you are in this area and needing a tow.

This happened to friends from Kansas City: my daughter and I were involved in a bad car accident on Sept 3, 2023. We had to rush my daughter to the ER by ambulance, so the trooper in Columbia, MO called this tow company to tow my car. Mind you we are 2 1/2 hours away from KC on our way back to Florida. Well I was able to send someone to get my belongings out of my car. I stayed in touch with the tow company. Why did they go through EVERYTHING in my car, they stole my IPad, my daughters laptop, all 5 pairs of my shoes, one pair of which were brand new! Stole some clothes! Because everything that we had packed in our bags were tossed all over the trunk.

Had our boat trailer lose a wheel/axle break while towing to lake. After placing a phone call to Kendall's, they came to the site quickly. Got the boat on the trailer minus a wheel. Took us to a local repair shop-unfortunately they didn't want to work on it. So boat was hauled back home to St. Peters, Mo. Great service!!

Responded quickly, and came to my rescue right away. Very professional and helpful. Reasonable fees. Will definitely use them again if we have a need

This was the most awesome service I have ever received. I was on my ladies trip with a total of 5 passengers (2 were handicapped and we are all 60+). My van developed a coolant leak and overheated in 103 degree weather right outside of Jefferson City. We were not even waiting 10 minutes and Tyler had pulled up with a flatbed tow truck and as soon as he heard that I had too many passengers; plus we had handicap passengers, he immediately called to have an additional truck come out to assist. Tyler helped every single one of us climb up into the cab of the trucks along with Ashton. They were both so compassionate and helpful. They were also staying in contact with capital city Ford, which was the service station the van was being towed to. If it had not been for these two showing up so quickly, one of the ladies in my group could’ve very easily gone into respiratory arrest due to the very hot temperatures. I do not know how to thank these 2 men enough.

Was overcharged because of their company’s incompetence. Told them what size vehicle I needed towed. They were late to begin with then had to send a bigger truck to do the job and charged me over $200 more than originally quoted. I believe that is wrong. Don’t use this company they are not honest. I won’t use them again??????

This is the second time I've had to be toad from this company period while the towing itself was great the first time I was not comfortable with the driver at all period we had to go quite a distance and I just wasn't comfortable. This time around I had Tyler. I couldn't have asked for a nicer kinder friendlier driver. Well I don't hope to have to be told again but if I do and I have to use this company I hope I have Tyler the next time.

We have used this company twice in as many weeks. Both times the driver called with an eta which was within 30 minutes of calling or less. The drivers were both courteous and professional. They will definitely have my business next time I need a tow!

Hopefully you don't get a cracked or broken windshield from one of their trucks losing something off the back. They won't fix it. You'll be stuck with the bill. Most worthless customer satisfaction I have ever encountered !!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!! In response to your response. I was actually on the phone with your company dispatcher at the time of the incident explaining exactly where my location was and the location of the said truck at the time of the incident. I understand that you had a glass technician come and try to perform a chip repair. The damage was too extensive for just a chip repair. It should not be my financial responsibility for the negligence of one of your drivers not properly cleaning off said truck bed or properly securing any load or debris on said truck bed.

I had the worst experience today (4/30/2022) while in Jefferson City. I locked my keys, cell phone, and most importantly my child in my truck. I had remote started it while I was putting my son in his car seat and didn’t realize that I didn’t unlock it before closing the doors. I totally FREAKED out, called my significant other to try to get him to install the My Chevy app, and because I was so distraught, couldn’t get him to understand me. So I called 911 and the officer came out and then came Ryan, I believe, and was able to get my truck unlocked. I’ve never been so scared and felt humiliated and useless all at the same time, but Ryan made me feel so much better. Both him and the officer last my son watch the lights and were so kind and courteous to me for making such a simple mistake, which felt like the worst mistake ever. Highly recommend Kendall’s Towing if you’re around that area. Thank you for making me know that all was going to be okay and being there.

Broke down pulling a loaded trailer on I-70 with little room to pull pickup and trailer off of the interstate lane due to guardrail. They were extremely quick to arrive and remove my truck from the interstate onto the off ramp and then offered to tow me the remaining 325 miles home, pickup and trailer combo. I planned on my situation being a much worse headache than it was thanks to Kendall. Great rates, great equipment, extremely professional. Thank you

Kendalls Towing has been great to work with. I have used them in the past and recommended them to others. Blew a brake line on my old truck this week and needed a tow, Kendalls was quick and courteous. The driver was there to pick up my vehicle before I had a chance to get across town to get him the keys.

Andrew actually called to say he was running a bit behind which was very considerate. Once he arrived he had our car up on the truck in a jiffy and we were off to the Honda dealer. Under the circumstances it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks Andrew from the gals from Washington State!

Very great customer service. I had gotten a flat on a Sunday night at 1030 and needed a tire plugged he connected me with a shop he knew could help me and they actually opened the shop for me and fixed the tire for little to nothing. Although Kendall’s could not service me he got me the help I needed very blessed to have come across this place. Could not have got home without his help, every other place I called was no help.

I never write reviews but felt the need to this time. We were in town on vacation when our van broke down. Kendall was awesome. Very professional and we couldn’t beat the price. I hope our van never breaks down again but if it does we’ll definitely be calling Kendall. Thanks again !!!
