Aaron came out to get my car and he was quick and super efficient. He handled my car carefully and got the job done quickly which I was very appreciative of because it was cold out! Couldn't be happier with my experience except, maybe, not needing a tow at all!
Caught a flat tire today, they were on the scene quick and easy. Maui, the technician that helped me, was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed, troubleshooted, and fixed the problem while maintaining amazing customer service. He is truly a gem !!!
For starters these guys and gals are top notch humans as well as technicians. In my travels back home I broke down in a town I was unfamiliar with and called the only number that would answer. From speaking to Mr. Louis, to meeting Maui and the willingness to help from the owner Mr. Tyler himself, I have never met a group of people that have hearts of gold like this team. You guys are absolutely amazing and from start to finish yall have taken care of me and it felt like family helping family. What an amazing driving Mike was. He was able to get my PT Cruiser picked up. Moved and places in my drive. All while tires flat and no keys. Picked up and dropped off in the same condition he got it. Helped unlock the doors so we could get the alarm system off. Very very respectful man and one hell of a driver.
From start to finish I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the speed at which they responded and the well maintained equipment they dispatched. The office staffer was friendly and efficient. The tow truck showed up within the 15-20 minute estimated time window. The driver was friendly, well trained, efficient and quickly had my car headed to the auto shop.

I needed a flat changed so I requested roadside service through my insurance. Doug Perry Towing was dispatched with an original estimate of 30 to 60 minutes. I then received a call from Ashley saying she would get the next available driver out to help me. Kaiser arrived around 10 minutes later and in a flash had my tire changed. He was very polite, professional and friendly. I am so happy DPT contracts through my insurance. Highly recommended for any type of roadside assistance.
Ryan from Doug Perry Towing is the Best! He got to the site very quickly and was super nice. It was a dark, cold and windy night. He looked at the job at several different angles so as to do the least damage to my car when pulling it out. Not an easy task but he did a superb job! Ryan went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated it!
This is the greatest experience I have ever had with a towing company. We had to get towed twice off of I-70 and then again the following day to a shop. All the receptionists were extremely kind and helpful when we called. Both tow drivers were also extremely nice and did everything they could to help us out as cheap as possible!

Maui, the tow truck driver, came out to Columbia past midnight to help me when my battery died for good. He wentt the extra mile. Just as we started moving forward once my car was hooked up, he noticed the emergency break was on and quickly took care of the problem. He also offered excellent advice. He's really a professional.
These people are amazing to work with! The guy that came out and towed my vehicle after I totaled it was so nice and understanding. I couldn’t get my sunroof to close when he came and picked it up and he took the time to make sure he got it closed for me. The lady’s in the office were amazing and so sweet to talk to! My guy Maui pulled up and got right to business. Didn’t have to wait long and kicked me some knowledge about my battery. Got us jumped started with no issues. Maui had great energy and a great smile and his help was greatly appreciated.

There isn’t enough praise I can give to engulf how wonderful my experience was with Maui! My old yet new to me truck broke down on a hot day. I made it to a gas station hoping maybe that was the problem yet after filling up I still couldn’t get it to stay running. Maui showed up and checked the battery and alternator. We got it started only for it to keep dying acting like it’s out of gas. Probably a clogged filter or injector issue. Anyway, I have a service animal and Maui was sincerely caring about my health condition. He really helped me feel comfortable and calm! We had great conversation on the ride to my home. And of course he got me, my dog and my truck home safely! Plus, the pricing was extremely reasonable. Also, Chris, the dispatcher, gave me great service with patience and serenity. What a wonderful business!
Aaron was phenomenal. He arrived extremely quickly and had high spirits that helped bring up my own mood. He loaded my car delicately and got it exactly where I needed it to go!
I originally called tiger towing to see if they could pick me up but they told me that it would be 90 minutes. I called Doug Perry and they picked me up within 20 minutes. Very friendly and efficient. Cost-effective too. Thank you, Craig for helping me get out of the rain!
Because of my first experience with them, I've reached out for help for them a few other times, just recently, Mark helped me out! And I was stuck right at a busy intersection. He also drove me to work. They're cost effective, and I'm definitely recommending them to my friends.

Had a “tire malfunction” driving through Columbia late last night, but had the good fortune to use DPT Towing and the driver, Maui. As I was thinking of using a can of Tire-Flat, Maui showed up and quickly inspected my wheel and tire. It had a major issue on the inside wall of the tire. Tire-Flat doesn’t work for that. Drove my family to a nearby hotel, and dropped my car off at the dealer (my choice) for a new tire this morning. Fast, clean, state of the art truck. Maui was the best tow guy that I have ever had. We had a blowout on our Nissan Z right off Highway 70 in Columbia, and DPT Towing and Roadside Assistance truly came to the rescue. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The woman who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and reassuring—she let us know Craig was already on his way.
Craig arrived quickly (after business hours) and was absolutely fantastic. He was polite, professional, and took extra care loading and unloading our sports car. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and treated our vehicle like it was his own. His truck was spotless and smelled fresh—honestly one of the cleanest tow trucks we’ve ever seen.
On top of that, Craig went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary drop-off at our hotel nearby. He even shared his insurance agent’s contact info so we could look into lowering our own rates—talk about thoughtful!
We’re kicking ourselves for not thinking to tip him before he left—he absolutely deserved it. We were so frazzled with the day’s events that we forgot. My passenger rear tire popped yesterday. So I put a spare on. To get me to work this morning, and to drop my car off to get a tire replaced. On my way to work this morning. My spare popped just as I was passing over the Roche Port bridge. I contacted DPT Towing. Eddie aka Fast Eddie. Was sent to pick me up. I called around 7am and by 734. My car was being loaded onto one of their flatbeds. They were very professional, and I can see why Eddie. Had the nickname , "Fast Eddie". He was very prompt, and made sure to get myself, and my car off of Interstate I-70 as quickly as possible. I will refer them to anyone who asks about a good towing company/service!!!
