There isn’t enough praise I can give to engulf how wonderful my experience was with Maui! My old yet new to me truck broke down on a hot day. I made it to a gas station hoping maybe that was the problem yet after filling up I still couldn’t get it to stay running. Maui showed up and checked the battery and alternator. We got it started only for it to keep dying acting like it’s out of gas. Probably a clogged filter or injector issue. Anyway, I have a service animal and Maui was sincerely caring about my health condition. He really helped me feel comfortable and calm! We had great conversation on the ride to my home. And of course he got me, my dog and my truck home safely! Plus, the pricing was extremely reasonable. Also, Chris, the dispatcher, gave me great service with patience and serenity. What a wonderful business!
He was a great guy and made both me and my daughter feel very comfortable m. He made me and my daughter laugh the whole way home and the conversations weren’t awkward or uncomfortable at all. I give Mark 5 stars! Keep up the good work Mark.

Talked to Charlotte on the phone, she was helpful, was able to get my location and quoted me $225 for a 19-mile tow including card fee. Aarron was great, got to me within 45 minutes, loaded my car up quickly and safely, gave me some good advice on what’s likely wrong and helped me get my keys to the shop. Good experience despite negative circumstances.

Had a “tire malfunction” driving through Columbia late last night, but had the good fortune to use DPT Towing and the driver, Maui. As I was thinking of using a can of Tire-Flat, Maui showed up and quickly inspected my wheel and tire. It had a major issue on the inside wall of the tire. Tire-Flat doesn’t work for that. Drove my family to a nearby hotel, and dropped my car off at the dealer (my choice) for a new tire this morning. Fast, clean, state of the art truck. Maui was the best tow guy that I have ever had. I was stranded on the side of I-70 just outside of Columbia, MO with mechanical issues. Mark was very professional and polite, got my car on a flat bed quickly and drove me all the way to St Louis! He was great! The whole experience was great!!!
I called this company completely sobbing, cause let’s be honest no one likes having their card towed or dealing with that. The call was very straight forward and direct but the guy that towed my car, I don’t remember his name or I would add it, was the nicest person EVER! He definitely helped during a stressful situation and made me smile when I was in distress. Definitely made my day turn around very quickly.

Very pleased with my service overall. I had an unexpected flat tire that they came and fixed at my house for a reasonable price. Dylan got to our residence very quickly and had the repair done in no time! Highly recommend if you are in a pinch and need some assistance at a fair price.

Craig arrived quickly (after business hours) and was absolutely fantastic. He was polite, professional, and took extra care loading and unloading our sports car. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and treated our vehicle like it was his own. His truck was spotless and smelled fresh—honestly one of the cleanest tow trucks we’ve ever seen.
On top of that, Craig went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary drop-off at our hotel nearby. He even shared his insurance agent’s contact info so we could look into lowering our own rates—talk about thoughtful!

We had a great experience, if it can be called great having a flat tire beside I-70, but it didn't take very long after calling AAA to come get us loaded up and we had a good trip home even though slightly crammed into the front seat of the tow truck. My passenger rear tire popped yesterday. So I put a spare on. To get me to work this morning, and to drop my car off to get a tire replaced. On my way to work this morning. My spare popped just as I was passing over the Roche Port bridge. I contacted DPT Towing. Eddie aka Fast Eddie. Was sent to pick me up. I called around 7am and by 734. My car was being loaded onto one of their flatbeds. They were very professional, and I can see why Eddie. Had the nickname , "Fast Eddie". He was very prompt, and made sure to get myself, and my car off of Interstate I-70 as quickly as possible. I will refer them to anyone who asks about a good towing company/service!!!
