Fantastic experience and made to feel welcome - got an oil change new tires and alignment - love the way my Subaru drives now - prices are very fare and Bill Dan and Laurie (?) are nice and mechanics got the job done quickly. Cant wait to go back! Plus if I breakdown within 15 miles in the next 12 months I get a free tow - wish I had that when my tire blew on Sunday!!! Thank you Marcus.

Fantastic team, had a really unpleasant problem and they took care of it for me. I've somehow never had to have my truck towed until recently, they walked me through it and didn't make me feel silly about not knowing what I was doing. I'll be back again and again. Jan 2026 update : I recently had a couple issues with my truck - routine maintenance and a part failure. Both times the crew at Top Quality Motors were helpful, explained what was going on, and continue to be honest. I highly recommend them. Thank you to the team!

We made several visits to the lot, narrowing down what we wanted and price point. The experience was low key, no pressure. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Once we found the one we wanted they were very accommodating in going through an outside pre purchase inspection and completing a few repairs before we completed the purchase. Will definitely recommend!

This is the best auto repair shop I’ve found. They actually listen to the customer’s concerns , checks those concerns, all without trying to sell unnecessary repairs. All needed repairs are performed professionally to the customer’s satisfaction, with reasonable costs.

I used to come to Tire Pros in Ashland all the time for inspections, new tires, and alignments. The people have always seemed nice, but lately I’ve had too many problems to keep doing business here. Every time I go in for an inspection, they tell me I need new tires and try to sell me a set. I even recommended my dad here once for a safety inspection, and sure enough, they made him replace his tires too. Another time, I had a set of wheels I just needed the tires removed from. When I picked them up, one of the wheels was cracked from the mechanic prying on it. He told me the tires were difficult to get off, but never mentioned the damage. Most recently, I decided to give them one last try. I took my vehicle in for an inspection, and of course it failed for tires again. So I went home, swapped on a known good set of wheels/tires from another vehicle, and came back the same day. All they needed to do was look at the tires and finish filling out the inspection paperwork, which would take maybe 3 minutes. Instead, I was told I had to wait an hour and a half because the mechanic was “on lunch,” even though he was just sitting in the back. Meanwhile, five employees were standing around while I sat in the waiting room ignored. That was the final straw. I grew up in Ashland and I love to support local businesses, but I can’t keep supporting this place.

Very nice people and there was absolutely no pressure! Financing was very easy and they had us in and out quickly. I would definitely visit them again if I need another car.

Top Quality Motors had a ton of low mileage affordable older cars. I went there to look at a one-owner 14 y/o Lexus with 83k miles. The car looked brand new! I bought it straight away! It’s very much a mom and pop shop with husband and wife owners. Both were wonderful to work with. There was no pressure to hurry my decision in buying a vehicle. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest people. I had two concerns with my vehicle a few days after I purchased it and they helped me remedy those concerns same day at no cost to me! I would definitely recommend buying a Top Quality used car!

My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Top Quality Motors this past weekend. Their customer service was excellent and better than anywhere I’ve purchased a vehicle from in the past. There is no pressure from them at all in terms of the sale. They are open, honest and genuinely friendly. They were absolutely fine with us taking the car to get looked at by a mechanic of our choosing before making the purchase. Top Quality sells nice cars at a very fair price. There's no pressure, no hassle, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The process is quick and upfront, they provided me with a Carfax report for the car and a folder with everything I'd need (except my personal documents of course) to get the car on the road and licensed. I'm very pleased with the purchase, had an excellent experience with Top Quality, and will visit them again when looking for the next vehicle.

Be very careful if you buy from here. Especially, if you buy an “as-is” vehicle! I just purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback for my teenage daughter and after 3 days it started stalling when she came to a stop light or stop sign. A potential life-threatening situation! So it doesn’t stall if it’s in park, just when you hit the brakes in drive. Crazy thing, nothing popped up when my mechanic ran a diagnostic! No code. No nothing. I read a bunch of forums from Subaru owners who have same problem. Stalling, no codes, no way to actually SOLVE THE PROBLEM. It is so frustrating because some people say it “could be” the torque converter but there is no actual way of knowing! So you could throw 1200 bucks at it and it might not even fix the problem. My daughter is beyond upset and so am I. Bill says he had no idea, but I’m just not so sure. It is so hard to trust anyone these days. He told me “well the car was sold AS-IS but keep me in the loop.” No thanks, Bill. The guy owns a shop. You think he could have offered to replace torque converter at cost…so he could feel better about the situation. HESITATE BEFORE YOU BUY A USED SUBARU!!!!!!!! Especially 2010-2013. They are the ones that seem to have this problem. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!!
