Here r some pics from the detail I received. This is after asking them to redo it. I was told I would get a partial refund. They blocked me and kept my money. Look at the pics for yourself and see if u would be OK with this. This is a detail wonder how bad the body work is.
Worse experience ever. We bought a 2021 unlimited. 4x4 never worked. Emergency brake cables unhooked bolts missing in frame. Body bolts loose. Motor Mount bolts missing. My sister bought one first day. Driving down road and shock just fell off. Rearend went out. When it rains it will fill interior full of water. Our decals fell off the fender. Absolutely worse craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. Jeep dealer at 3 different locations told us they rigged up everything. Worse repair work they ever seen. Between the both of us we spent over 70k on jeeps
Never had a repair done but I've seen how they work along with the results. Employees are treated well. So I'm assuming they are great people to deal with. Especially if you have a Jeep
They diagnosed and fixed the alignment problems with my truck. I had taken it to 3 other shops who couldn't fix the problem before I took it to them. Thank you!
My father had passed away, and my mom hit a deer with his truck, insurance covered it, but when I drove it home, there was no oil in it at all., the truck was constantly 'dinging' telling me to pull over orbit was going to over heat. I almost had to have the truck towed to my moms house-2 miles away- when I called and asked if they had drove the truck after they 'fixed it' and was told. 'No' by the owner. I tried to reason with him but he wouldn't budge. Had to have a tow truck take it to another shop to actually get fixed. In the process of taking legal action, seeing as my daughter was with me when I drove the truck home and it barely made it to the house without incident.
If they say your vehicle will be done on a certain day they will do everything they can to make it happen. Also some of the best mechanics I've met in a very long time very honest
