Here at the recycling center 11/12/2022 and it is 10:14am on Saturday and no one is here to open the building. Got here 3 minutes before 10am and have not seen anyone show up to open but plenty of people have come by to drop their recyclables off and they can't since it is not open even though it says it should be, can't call anyone since the numbers got to a machine.
