On our way back to Oklahoma on Labor Day, my electrical system in my car shut down. A sweet woman stopped to check on us and recommended this company. When I called, the woman I spoke with (I cannot remember her name) was so nice and very helpful. She sent Brandon (sorry if this is the wrong name. rough day). He was wonderful. He tried everything, service wise, he could before having to tow it back into Oklahoma for us. I highly recommend this company due to their empathy and compassion. Thank you for being so wonderful in a stressful situation!
Needed a car towed on a weekend...he didn't seem interested and asked to have it wait until Monday......If you need a tow ensure its during his convenient working schedule instead of his advertised hours of 24/7.
Stalled out at a stoplight but the guys were there with a truck in less than 15 min. They were able to tow it back to the shop and determine it was the battery. Within an hour I was back on the road with a new battery! Highly recommend!
My Food Truck broke down just outside of Monett. The guys got there within 10 mins and diagnosed the problem. Got me up and running. Great customer service

My car was towed late Friday night so I wasn’t able to recover it until Monday. I drove by and seen that my windows were down, and big storms were moving in. I called and asked if I could come roll them up and one of the gentlemen said once he got freed up that he would do it. Thank you guys
My mother in law had locked her keys in her car at Walmart a little before the storm sirens sounded this evening. We had called Thomas Towing who was in route to assist her when the tornado hit. Once the storm had passed two young men from Thomas Towing arrived. They quickly unlocked her vehicle, drove it up to the door, and then proceeded to load her groceries and help her in the car. What amazingly kind men! We thank you with all our hearts!
We just moved to the area and my husband was in the side of the road in Monett & needed a jump. They wanted to charge me $60 for a jump. That is outrageous. Idk if they are charging such unrealistic prices because they’re basically the only company in town, but it’s shameful. So much for helping your neighbor.
Top tier service!!!!!!!! I was stuck in Aurora, Missouri for a week dealing with a mechanic that I did not trust, so I finally decided that I needed to get back home. One phone call to these guys and without any hesitation I was headed back home to Texas….. $375 towing for 7-8 miles. That’s taking in consideration we are local customer supporting their local business. This is what they do in return. Bad thing about local is I will be very public about it, word spreads like fire.
Purdy police called to have my car towed .tried getting them to just drop it off in the parking lot nearby cuz my dad was down the road w the car hauler. Instead he insisted on taking all the way to their company costing us $150 to have it towed to monett!! Credit card machine wasn’t working so cash only business! After spending two hours freezing in the car my sister had me to warm up at bus barn for 30 minutes. This was on morning of Thursday Jan 6
Just had a ball joint bust so needless to say I was in a bind far from home. Matt showed up quickly and was very professional! He actually saved my car from alot more damage. He was really quick and knew exactly what he was doing! If ur ever needing a tow call these guys!
In the middle of the night/early morning hours, my transmission went out in my truck. We we're broke down across the street from Monett Airport and almost a hour away from home. I called Thomas Towing, Matt took the call, came out rescuing my son and I. Thank you, again Matt!!
My suv broke down between Monett and Granby on a Tuesday evening around 5 pm.. the towing company was busy but they still got us a tow with 30 minutes. Matt came out and was very helpful. When I told him we were from Lincoln, Nebraska and had no idea what service station to take it to he said he would call Friendly service and see if Danny was still at work and get us in. Danny got us back on the road that night! Thank you Matt!!
My truck was towed no one left me thr info I had to call around and explain where it was picked up . He said yah I picked it up .Dude made me wait three days. im out of town! was extremely rude and then didn't even have my truck I do not recommend this place at all. Was also gonna charge me threw the holidays

These guys are totally awesome very professional I would recommend them highly.They take very good care of making sure the the car is secure and gets to it's it's destination and they went out of their way to let me know it was delivered and locked up
I don't usually do reviews but wanted to one this time. Just used Tom's through my AAA membership after locking my keys in my car. Driver came over within minutes on his day off and got it unlocked for me fast. Super service and great driver. Highly recommend and would use again if I ever need to.
I had a F-250 pick-up broke down and called AAA. Thomas Towing and Recovery arrived in a short time and the driver, Cassidy Krull, was very courteous and quickly loaded the truck and made sure it was well secured. I was very pleased.
Thomas was very prompt and helpful. I was stressed out because I had just been in a wreck and he was really calm and explained everything I needed to know. He wants to help and is kind. I would definitely use his towing service again and would recommend him anyone I know. Thank you so much! You made a difficult experience less scary!
