I am somewhat disappointed with this facility. I tried this repair facility because it was the closest to my location. They had me make an diagnostic appointment before a repair appointment could be established. And that was an unnecessary $100 spent which was charged for the diagnostic appointment. I already knew what repair I wanted them to do. I wanted them to R&R a clutch master cylinder, charge A/C with freon and check for the leak, and check windshield wiper motor fuse. The diagnostic consisted of the mechanic sitting in the drivers seat trying to figure out where the reverse gear is on a 6 speed manual transmission. After I told him which position the stick needs to be in he backed up about 20 feet and then moved forward about 20 feet. And that was all there was to the diagnostic. Made a repair appointment that was 2 weeks out. I already had a new clutch master cylinder in the box for them to use. The next day after I left the vehicle at the repair appointment I get a call telling me the problem is the transmission slave cylinder is bad, and was not the clutch master cylinder. I was also told that my vehicle did not have a clutch master cylinder, and the new part I had in the box was a brake master cylinder. That was an indication I was in the facility. The estimate for repair went from a couple hundred dollars to over $1800. I was also told the wiper motor needed replaced, I ask about a blown fuse, I don't know was the answer. The A/C had been charged with freon, I ask did they find the leak, I don't know was the answer. I had to get my vehicle out of this repair facility for sure. I ended up paying a total charge of $247 and the only thing that was accomplished is A/C freon, which may or may not stay in the system. Maybe they are just not trained to work on a 1999 CL1 Sick & Twisted Corvette, I DON'T KNOW!
They are great at what they do, mechanical wise. Very nice, inside their office. They only carry the best in vehicle parts, so they are a little pricey but they guarantee their work.

Good folks.. very knowledgable and helpful... anything I am unsure of how to solve on my vehicles (or plain ignorant of) Stillwell has come through. Would easily recommend to anyone.
Honest fair and didn't not upsell. Told me what I asked for but also did mention what the manual stated. Said they didn't have to do that but it is recommended. Will probably be using them in the future
Had my truck for 4 months and charged me $900 and said it was fixed. Ended up having to take it back two more times for the same issue and they said they couldn't find the issue after I told them what it was they said that they would fix that it. After they dragged their feet for a few more weeks I had to call and ask about it before they finally told me that they couldn't find that part even though it's the first thing that comes up on Google and I've even ordered that part before. There's no communication between anyone there so you'll never get an answer about what's going on
It didn't take long to get an appointment. We got a few things done on both of our high mileage vehicles and are pleased with the service and cost. Pleasant waiting area and friendly staff.
I never hesitate taking my vehicles to Stillwell's.

I went to Stillwell Auto to have my truck front end alignment and needed work before alignment. Very friendly and fast work by Stillwell. I recommend having Stillwell Auto for your vehicle work and I will continue using Stillwell Auto for my vehicle repairs.
I've had the pleasure of working alongside everyone at my dad's shop in the past. They do all what I or anyone else needs. Oil, brakes, engine swaps and much more. AC systems and all sorts of diagnostics. They are thorough and always address customer concerns with their vehicles.

I'm not sure how to rate them yet, so im going to just give them the benifet of the dought of 4 stars.
I will update by the end of this week when I have a chance to drive my vehicle for a bit.
One thing is that they are extremely friendly, they take the extra step to make you feel welcome.
Obviously not a 5 star shop they were just supposed to diagnose my ac and 1hr later I find out there tearing into my van "it's just something simple " I'm told after 3 hrs of sitting in the hot sun I'm told I will need to come back I was charged $168 and no fix I will not be going there again
Very kind to take on our problem with my trailer. After repair photo yet to come. Thankful they allowed us to stop in. Haven't yet cleaned up this wheel but I'm all fixed up. They also did what I had thought would be good, both sides. Much appreciated.
This is the best place to take your vehicle. They are courteous and professional. And they will not mislead you on anything. They are upfront on letting you know what your cost may be up front. Ms. Tina is the best. Everyone at this place is so nice. If you want someone working on your car that you can trust, this is the place to go to first
