Lance was very professional and did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle and getting me safely back on the road. I had a very sketchy phone signal amd when I lost contact he kept calling until he got.my location and immediately headed my way to recovery my car and get me going again. I had a wonderful experience with Wilson's Towing. My car broke down in a very precarious area on RT-112. Lance arrived promptly and was incredibly efficient in getting my car off the road. He ensured that my vehicle was handled with care, but more importantly to me, he was kind and understanding during my time of need. The cost of services was more than fair based on my request. They are fast friendly and reliable. We have needed the service more than once. Ran out of diesel ⛽️ once it was after 10pm down in roaring river state park it was dark hot and kinda scary. I was new to area AAA call 3 different places nobody wanted it. Then called Wilson's towing and they got there with fuel best feeling ever. They didn't make me feel bad for running out of fuel I thought I could make to gas station but didn't get far enough. Super friendly. Then my new car was sputtering running bad we had just gotten back from getting fobs managed to limp it along to Wal-Mart AAA called Wilson's and we got same friendly guy we knew car was in good hands we had to leave running late to appointment handed him the keys he took care of everything. I would highly recommend him no job to big or to small he has the can do attitude.
My car’s battery died in the middle of after school rush on a popular side road. I was stressed because the car wouldn’t even jump and it was after business hours for all other car shops. I remembered that Wilson’s Towing is 24 hours so I gave Lance a call and told him what happened. Lance stopped what he was doing and headed my way! He was pulled in and getting my car hooked up within 10 minutes! He was our life saver! He took the time to show us how to put the car in neutral manually since my Terrian has the buttons for shifting. Very friendly, fast service and made this stressful situation not so bad! Quick to respond, honest and friendly people! We called Wilson’s and within 10 minutes they showed up and towed my grandmothers car and got her and the car home safely. I cannot say enough for their kindness and wonderful service they provided to my grandmother! Thank you guys so much!!!

Lance came out and helped us with a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon and we were so appreciative! We weren’t able to get the spare on with the Jack we had so instead of towing us he chanced the spare and checked the air pressure on all tires! He was friendly, responsive and professional. Highly recommend!!!
First time in the area and the fuel pump went out on our Hummer H2 on our way back to camp in Shell Knob, on our honeymoon. We called and this gentleman was on his way in no time. Picked us up, hauled our rig to a near by garage and braught us back to our camp. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Very good customer service and just an all around good man.
Fantastic, fast service, and very nice, personable, and respectful owner. Showed up for towing us on side of road right when his ETA was what he told us it would be. Was super careful with truck, knowledgeable about repair shops in the area, and even gave us a ride back to our campsite ... would give 10 stars if possible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
I had to have my car towed for brake issues, the mechanics suggested i get ahold of Lance with Wilson’s towing. he got here right when he said he would, gave me a heads up before he got here, and took very good care of my car. he was honest and straightforward with me, and he came right after some really bad weather which i appreciated a lot. he was a really easy person to talk to and i definitely would recommend him and wilson’s towing to anyone. i know if i end up needing help in the future that i can give them a call. thanks again!
