Trevor was great to work with on a recent claim. He communicated well, got everything over quickly, and helped keep things moving without delays. It’s always a win when someone handles their part efficiently really appreciated the support.

After getting a flat tire about 15 miles south of Mound City, Missouri while traveling for work, I ended up driving slowly on a donut spare to Rock Port Oil & Tire — and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even though I wasn’t local and didn’t have an appointment, they got me in right away and had the exact tire I needed in stock. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They had me back on the road in no time, and their service was top-notch from start to finish. If you’re ever in the area and need quick, reliable help — especially if you’re just passing through like I was — I highly recommend Rock Port Oil & Tire. Great people and excellent service!

I have bought tires here, had work on my vehicle done here, and today, they checked my tires, before I left to drive quite a long way for a reason I never hoped I would have to go to. We were so glad to have Rock Port Oil and Tire help get us on our way today! We had a flat tire on our way to Omaha and they got us fixed up and back on the road in 45 minutes flat! In addition to great service and a spotless bathroom, they were so friendly & helpful, making our misadventure with three kids feel much less stressful. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about Rock Port Oil and Tire. I was travelling on I-29 when I had an issue with a tire pressure sensor fault on my new 29' RV. This was my first-ever trip in any RV. I did a cursory check, but thought I needed a "professional" assessment before continuing onward. I was referred to Rock Port Oil and Tire. Jill, at the front area, immediately made me feel welcome and in good hands. She listened patiently and went to talk with her mechanic, Skyler. He came out almost immediately and started checking pressure on the tires, answering my questions and explaining what he thought was going on since all tires were fine and, by that time, the sensor light had gone off. These two individuals and this business are truly unique and standout as a superior in my mind. They were incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer questions, and provided informed and timely assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. In this day and age, walking away from a garage with that kind of feeling is uncommon. I would not hesitate to take any future business there and only wish I lived closer to give them my patronage. Had a valve go bad on I-29 at the beginning of a long road trip. Limped in here and so glad we did. They were so welcoming, squeezed us in during a busy day, and had us back on the road in just over an hour. WE COULDN'T BE MORE GRATEFUL

My car broke down here. Thank goodness for Jill! She was able to find me a ride back to Omaha, and she took my car (which had a broken axle) off my hands.

We were 2 hours into a road trip and 3 hours from our destination when a bolt or two snapped off of my idler pulley bracket. I had my car towed to Rock Port and they were amazing! The communication and customer service were incredible! Jill, the owner, kept me up to date during the rest of our trip and it was clear her and her staff genuinely cared about their work. I dropped my vehicle off on July 3rd and was able to get ride to my destination. Despite the holiday they were able to fix everything and have it done by the 5th for us to pick up on the way back home! Thank you guys so much and a huge shout out to Trevor for doing all the wrench turning. A+ business from top to bottom.

The service I had here was AMAZING!!! We stopped here after our check engine light started flashing on a work trip. The owner called multiple places to ensure they could get the part in the same day, and in the meantime gave us recommendations of things to do around the area and even let us borrow another vehicle until ours was ready. Once the part arrived it was ready to go in <30 minutes. Prices were very reasonable.

Had car trouble on a recent road trip and lucked out to find this place nearby. Incredible service! Quick work and SO, SO kind. Reasonably priced. Would go back again if I didn't live several states away!!

Great little shop! We had unexpected car troubles on a road trip and they offered very friendly and helpful service for us by doing a free diagnostic and allowing us to leave our small trailer on their property while we traveled 4 hours round trip to trade out vehicles. Thanks!!

We are moving from Wa state to Kentucky and my Mercedes was having a fuel issue and I found Rock Port Oil and Tire on Google. We stopped there and Jeremy had my car in the shop in minutes trying to figure out what was wrong. He also spotted I had a bad tire that needed replacing immediately and although he didn’t have what was needed to fix my car or the right size tire he did everything he could to make sure I made to a place that would!! I am very grateful for the help and appreciate the effort you gave to get me on my way again!! This shop and the family that runs it are wonderful!!😊 And it was fun to watch you squeeze into my car to have a look at it lol Thanks again!!

I was driving back home and hit a nail and got a flat tire on the interstate, they were able to fix my tire in under an hour, and they were extremely friendly and helpful, in fact that even told me that I needed brake pads! An amazing experience, everyone was so friendly and supportive, very knowledgeable and great prices, would give 6 stars if I could! Thank you guys so much!

This mom and pop tire and oil shop to this cream of the crop! I can’t believe how accommodating and helpful they were. I’m an out of town guy with a blown valve stem and they gave me they service I needed right away! They’re service is top shelf but their prices and friendliness are small town!

The woman in charge was very knowledgeable about tires and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I'll definitely go through them for all my future tire needs.

Very grateful for their help and hospitality. My car broke down while traveling. They had to order transmission fluid that wasn't coming in till the next day. Jill gave me and my children a ride to the hotel and picked us up the next day once my car was ready. Very helpful and nice.

My battery light came on on the freeway. Stopped at Rock Port Auto and they had my alternator replaced in an hour. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Great people. You can’t go wrong.

Very grateful that this shop was able to take care of this strands motorist on my way to Nebraska. They did a fantastic job fixing our flat. They did it in under a half hour and for much less than we might have expected. I hope we don't have another flat, but if we do I hope we can get to Rock Port Oil.

Such a great experience today, needed two tires replaced and not only did she have the exact tires I needed in stock but made the entire experience enjoyable. Down to earth, hard working people. Wish I had them in my town!

We were halfway through our 1800 mile journey when that morning one of my tires was leaking air. The graybill chrome guys were booked out and recommended to visit here, and wow they did an excellent job! Patched the leak and we made it the rest of our way! Very grateful for their kindness and great work!

Words can not adequately describe the genuine kindness and amazing character of Jeremy. I lost an entire wheel half way through a 9 hour trip. It was nearly 5pm on a Sunday and the shop was closed. Not only did Jeremy open the shop to help me but was extremely respectful, kind, and overly generous in his pricing. In a short few hours he had me back on the road and I was safely able to complete my journey. In short I will be stopping by to see him any time I'm in the area regardless if I am in need of repairs and I recommend anyone in the area utilize his services for any and all repairs as they are above and beyond in every way. I will forever be grateful for his help and I have every confidence that every customer will feel the same way.

I had a blowout going 75 mph on the highway. The tow service took me there since it was closest. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and quick. Great experience.

I had a tire blow out on the interstate, during a snow storm, resulting in a pretty gnarly spin out while I was pulling a trailer, and wound up needing 4 new tires plus the spare! They recommended a wrecker service that was super fast to respond and very reasonably priced. Once at the small shop they had all of my tires changed and the tires I purchased from them where very high quality and the price was lower than any I saw online in the same size and brand. Thanks so much for helping me get through that unfortunate situation!

I had a flat tire on the interstate because of debris. Looked up the closest tire center and found Rockport oil and Tire. They were open and available and ready to help. They really help me out of a jam and the price was great too. Thank you for getting my brand new car purchase going down the road again.
