Complete incompetence in every aspect, The young man at the front desk, had to ask me how to spell Oldsmobile, the shop was a complete mess..never again.
I have gone to Savage for many different reasons. They found and put a new motor in my car. They have kept me up on my oil changes and fixed my heat issue most recently! I trust them and know they will take care of me. I appreciate the help and work they have done for me!

Used to be respectable business, reasonable prices. Now they go by book hrs instead of hrs to repair vehicles. Will fix your vehicle in 45 min. But leave your vehicle on the rack for 4 hrs to overcharge you by book time. Will never go there again. Cheaper to go to a dealership.
Super good, honest, funny people. Fixed my truck at an affordable price. Wess is great at his job, I will most definitely bring my vehicles back to them in the future.
These guys helped me last minute. Snow was frozen in my wheels which caused my car to shake till it could be cleaned up, I called these guys on my way back to KC, and they helped and got me on the road in less than 20 minutes. These guys are awesome!
These fellas were life savers! On my move from Wyoming to Florida, my water pump blew. They were able to get me back on the road in a couple of hours! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest and reliable service!
Took my car there because I was hearing a noise in the front end. They quickly assessed the situation and let me know what the sound was that I was hearing. The guys there are very knowledgeable and very honest. Great experience I will definitely be back for all of my vehicle needs.
My 2011 yukon xl oil pressure went to 80psi and wouldn't move I called every shop around and was told it would be a week to 2 weeks before I could get it in and everyone was like $230- $275 for just labor for replacement of the oil sending unit and screen. I called savage service expecting the same price and time, let me say I was wrong they told me on Monday get it here Thursday and they would do it for $135. I was like thank God I hope they do good work and they did excellent work and very fast. I'm glad I called them and I will be using them when I can't fix it myself. I totally recommend them to anyone that wants a fair price and good work and friendly people. Thank you to the mechanics that fixed my yukon, you guys rock.
Had my tires rotated a while back. Needed to take my tires off recently and every stud on my car is ruined. 100% they put my tires back on with an impact and ruined the treads. It basic mechanic knowledge not to do that. Now I'm out money for something so simple.
car has been in their parking lot for over 2 months. still nothing fixed on it.they never answer the phone. went up there the other day to grab my car. 20 min before they close & they already had the shop closed before they were even supposed too.
I went to this shop from recommendation I had my paid for my car to have its coil springs to be replaced they did it but did it wrong i had to go to quick lube to have it fixed that same day and they showed me they put it in incorrectly and had to redo the whole job so my car would stop making a clinking noise I had them check because I wanted to be sure I already paid for it and they never replaced it because they had to wait on shipping but my radiator hose because they said it was leaking and damaged but they didn’t have it so they had it shipped to them well quick lube also showed me nothing was wrong with my radiator hose I went back to demand a refund on the hose and they refunded the labor they was going to do on it but not the part saying they can’t cancel the shipping but would call me when it does arrive so I can take the part I paid for home so I agreed and left with my receipts before and after refund I have waited I have gone to the store asked about it and a different employee will tell me they don’t know what I’m talking about then when I flashed the receipt he took my number and told me he would give it to the owner who was coming back in a couple days it’s been a month no respond it’s bad enough I paid over a thousand dollars for everything a New tire tire alignment and the coils changed a new radiator hose oil change etc the only things that was done correctly was my new tire and the alignment everything else was fumbled I kept all my receipts and continue to wait for my hose I paid for months ago
Multiple issues with this shop. First off, went in for a starter replacement. Was told they would have to order new gaskets &bolts for exhaust due to rust. No issues there. Picked up my vehicle next day, shop "forgot" to mention they broke my exhaust manifold, as well as crack the catalytic converter connector. As well as multiple paint scratches, dents, and dings. All gaskets and bolts were still the originals, but was still charged for parts. Contacted shop about it next day, employee asks me to bring it by. Denies all damages even with photo proof. Contacted shop owner, sent pictures, and was then ignored for a good amount of time. Wouldn't recommend.
Was passing nearby on way to Badlands and Black Hills in SD pulling my camper when check engine light came on in my truck and lost lots of power. Contacted these guys and even though my truck was limping into the parking lot they got me fixed up right away with in an hour so that everything was working again and our trip was not ruined. Great group of guys and great service! Wish they were in my actual neighborhood where I lived! Many thanks to these guys for saving our family vacation!
I had come to town from out of state to care for my grandchildren for the day. My tire had been losing air on my trip so I stopped and asked if they could fix my tire. They got my car in immediately and fixed it. All those that I dealt with were friendly and professional. The price was really reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to everyone!
