Yo, they stole my MCM purse. I just got my car back from the dealership. They tried to tell me that I probably left it in my car. I’m looking at my car. It’s nothing in my car. They stole my bag. The dude stole my bag and he told me how he had four daughters one that was back to back in age 15 and 16 nine times out of 10 he stole my MCM bag which that cost $600 per bag and he gave it to his granddaughter or his daughter and you can’t tell me otherwise and they got cameras in a truck so if they really want to do they do diligence they could’ve looked at them cameras and seen that bag was left in that tow truck in that tow man took it, and I called them reached out to his number. They gave me his phone number called him. He claims he went out to the truck to see and it wasn’t in there, but was so funny that he didn’t know that I knew I called your job already and they said they went out to the truck and seen it and that she was off that day, so which one is it? Is it you got the truck or what but it’s all all right I’m just letting y’all know they steal at this place if you leave your accidentally leave your property you’re not gonna get it back
OMG when I say Drew is what you call a perfect gentleman. He went above and beyond with my tow today!!! He made sure that the tire shop took care of my truck and that I got back on the road before he left me! I would definitely recommend….. thank you Drew ?

Quick and innovative tow service. Just what you need when sh?t happens on some Wednesday dusk and Chad answers his phone “...walking into church...” but one of his trucks and drivers was there in minutes. ?
I used AAA, and this was the company that towed my car. Chad was able to answer all my questions to make sure the tow was taken care of safely and in a timely manner. Thank you Chad and Gene for your help today!
I have used this company for service at home through AAA for dead batteries, etc. and always received excellent service. This time, I had a major failure on the interstate and needed towing service to my dealership 30 miles away. Again, I received timely response from their dispatcher and the service person Gene. He was there within an hour as promised and was both courteous and efficient as well as reassuring. I highly recommend this company and their employees.
I needed my vehicle towed to a dealership for repair - it wouldn’t start. Their tow truck driver did his due diligence by trying to help start it, but to no avail. He didn’t have to that, but he tried anyway. I didn’t need to go with the vehicle. After he drove off to deliver my car, I found out that I needed to change the address he was taking it to. I called his office and they were able to call him enroute and change the delivery address. This saved me time, money and hassle. Excellent, competent, friendly service. Top rating.
We had to take our car from the great people at dipsticks in Delhi to the ford dealership in Vicksburg the tow service was quick friendly fun to talk to on the ride even waited for us when we were on our way back to the first shop! To top it all off he even offered to take us from the dealership to our hotel with our luggage! Great work and made a bad time so much better
We had major issues with our car and needed a tow. We were out of state and on a road trip but our car failed us. This company was so kind to help us not only transport our car to the local dealership for a mechanic but to also offer to take us to our hotel! The person who towed us mentioned that “he loves what he does because he gets to help people in a time of need”! 10/10 recommend! Very sweet man that helped us and made a bad situation calm for us.

Stevens got us just the right help in record time. Dwayne, the towtruck driver, was prompt, courteous, very pleasant, and concerned about our well-being. He took care of us very well and is much appreciated for it. Overall a great recommendation for Steven's Towing.
Headed to work the night of 12/7/23 i heard a noise coming from the front end of my car. Pulled over and googled a roadside company. Chad sent one of his guys out to me and within roughly 35min from getting to my location and changing my tire my issue was resolved and i was able to clock in to work on time. Glen was super nice & friendly, & changed my tire right away. That morning when i got off work i went to get 4 new tires as he suggested because they were all bald . lol . Thanks Chad Stevens and friends :)

I called AAA and was lucky enough to get this wrecker service to pick up my car. They came out to pick it up, determined I had a bad battery, jumped it off for me so I could drive it to the battery store and did not charge me a dime! I will always use these guys! There are still nice, honest and good people in this world and these 2 guys exemplified it to the max!! Thank you!
