These guys and girls are experts at what they do. They were very professional and helped me with my auto problems. I will continue to use Ed's Auto and tell everyone I know about them.

Ordered a transmission from them for a customer vehicle. Part was shipped to us quickly. Part failed immediately. We attempted to repair the transmission but parts needed for repair were not available. When I contacted Joe about this he and Hope immediately refunded our money without any issues. Very helpful, very honest people, which is a hard quality to find in this industry.
It was only like 25$ more for used alternator here than another place in town but well worth the little extra for them to take part off another vehicle for me and the part is working excellent!! Customer service was also excellent
Called ed's auto 8:00 a.m. and asked for a rim and tire (nissan frontier ). The woman said she would be right on it, and would call me back. An hour later I decided to call since she didn't and it was cutting into my workday. Well she answered and said " I just had my guy walk out and look for it,. I'll call back "... Well almost another hour goes by another person answers . She says the other lady is about to have someone go look for it. Well I then replied I called and asked to see if it were available almost two hours ago. She then corrects me and says we haven't been open for two hours I could just tell you we don't have it. Giving me attitude so I gave her attitude right back only because there have been time and time again I've tried using these folks for vehicle parts and time and time again they give attitude and it's like you have to beg them for a part. I've been able to get a part from them once and it took all day to get a hub from a truck which they stalled me till almost 4 p.m. To get. I would say maybe its me right but I've been courteous everytime and they never fail to give you attitude . These receptionist have no customer service training and should not be working there. I wouldn't doubt if they were married to the workers or the owner / employer . They should be checked if the owner wants his business to prosper. I will never call them again. I am not alone I've heard this from multiple family members and friends. I wouldn't recommend these folks to anyone.
Wasn’t friendly at all to me even when I went in there tmi spoken to them but they never said anything to me and on top of it I had to wait forever, if it wasn’t for my aunt needing this part I would have walked out
