The people own this place is rude and disrespectful.I gave them the money for a part and did not work,they told me to leave before they call police and I was not getting no money back,and the police got they back.Do not trust these people they will take your money.
SUPER RUDE costumer service . i called and ask about the part and she was answer me so bad and hang up on me , i called again and she hang up again , i called again and again she hang up on me for 5th times . good luck to the owner

Very unprofessional,they will keep your money and get smart with you. My daughter purchased a part from this place in the month of June!!! We returned the part because it was the wrong part…so they wrote a check for 120$ We didn’t deposit the check into her account unfortunately our first mistake!! I lost my truck in a fire this past Monday so I called to see if the check could be replaced !!! The owner was VERY RUDE SHE STATED OMG Why ARE YALL WAITING THIS LATE TO REPORT IT OR CASH IT AND IM LOOKING THROUGH MY STACK FOR JUNE AND I SEE NOO SUCH THING AND I DONT SEE IT AT ALL !!! First of all u lying because all you had to do was pull it up in the system !!!!!told me immediately that she can’t help me so basically you got your part back and your money u will lose more than 120$ hunny bun

I was just told buy one scrap yard that talberts had a part i needed and i called to verify this and was told no they font have one witch is fine but he didnt even say sorry about that thanks forcalling or Nything just hung up .
Called ask for the part I was needing and yes they had it. Nobody here in Jackson had it.. I drove round trip about 190 miles to get this part..Thanks Tolbert Enterprises
Are liars went to buy a part for a limited and they sold me a custom part and they refuse to give money back......so don't believe nothing they say lost 107 dollars
They have a vast selection of cars, trucks, & suv's to buy any used parts for a reasonable price and they pull it and load the parts for you. They don't accept checks so bring cash or credit/debit card. Only open Monday through Friday 8-5:30pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

I called around the parts store looking for what I needed for my car and I was so happy that they had what I needed also I didn't have to take no parts off any vechice they have someone that does it also I want to say thank you Tolbert Enterprise Inc. for helping me when I truly was in need. This place is a bunch of nonprofessional 🤡, before I gave the owner my money for a part, I asked if I could bring it back if it didn’t work!! He said yes, I takes it back and that nasty attitude wife of his come up with all these fees before they can take it back!! She took $60 in fees from what paid for the part🤬🤬🤬They don’t deserve to be in business!! Before that the owner told me the core was $10, ok I pay the $10 they looking for taxes, never once did he say $10 plus taxes. So mind you I drove about a hour to pay for a hour to pick up part, do you not know they wanted me to go and come back with 70 cents for taxes for core charge, even tho I had the taxes, but just the point he didn’t say $10 plus tax..the nasty wife kept saying well you gotta pay taxes, there’s nothing I can do!! They will never get any business from me!!
Every time I call the woman that answers the phone has a horrible attitude. She hung up in my face, told me she had other parts to pull. Told me I would have to pay for it before they pulled it and she couldn't guarantee that they would have the right part! I told her I couldn't drive over an hour to come pay for a part and wait around all day to see if they could pull it or if they even had it. She basically told me she didn't care. Horrible customer service.
Prices are sky high. They tried to charge me $200 for a base model 01 mustang hood. After driving over an hour, waiting for 45 minutes, being dragged across the road in a filthy dilapidated van, comes to find out the hood was CRACKED ACROSS THE FRONT, like badly! and they wouldn't even come off the price!!! Core charges on EVERYTHING. Who charges a core charge on a junk yard starter, ac compressor etc? There are much better parts places than this.
I’ve called three times different months for a door glass each time I sent someone to get after they told me they had it the price went up and was told they didn’t have it! Also one of the ladies up there is very very rude a rasict over heard her on the phone fussing with a customer! Very unprofessional place rude nasty attitude workers clueless to what respect is I will be contacting whoever is in charge to find a solution to this problem and horrible workers it makes no sense for people to drive so far for car parts and be told it’s in stock then get there and people have no clue about anything

I went there to get a part even though they didn't have it and I had to wait a while I really enjoy being there because the whole staff was very knowledgeable about every little thing and I'm hoping to get some more parts and items from there again in the near future definitely be coming back
They have a large selection of parts . The female with dark hair who answered the phone when I called and was in the office when I arrived was very rude and ugly toward me. The men in the office were nice and seemed to pick up on her rudeness toward me. Don't know why she was so rude there was no reason to be.
They are nice people but don't believe everything they tell you. The lady there sold my son a bumper and told him it would work on his truck even though it came off a SUV. He took it back and even though the lady told him it would work and it didn't they still would not take it back. I realize they have a policy but if they are gonna sell something they need to know the facts ahead of time instead of tell someone it will fit then it won't and they won't back it up. I have always bought parts from them and always referred friends but NOT anymore. I am done with this place the way I see it they ripped my son off.
