I loved visiting the plant. I drove my 2016 corolla s. Too the plant from chicago. Everyone was nice. I will be driving my corolla untill i can't drive it anymore. I have 132,658 miles on my corolla.
I arrived at 8:15am for a 9:30 am delivery no one no where to be found, kept getting the round around, was told they were on break at 10:45 am, called a number she said she would be there in 10 mins called her back at waiting an hour and was sent straight to voicemail, finally someone came, left at 1:15pm, never again. Poor communication between broker/dispatcher
The place is literally off the highway and you can see it. If your bringing a load to deliver it’s gate 1 guard shack is nice and nice to show you where your going. Can’t overnight but there is some parking along the road or a pilot or loves 7miles away. No restrooms but was quick to unload me about a hour that’s it. Will definitely go back my appointment was for 9pm they took me at 7am not strict on appointments easy to accommodate.
This is by far one of the best car plants I've delivered to in 16yrs driving this place never fails easy in and out and by the time you set tour brakes in the door they usually are already starting to unload you
I don't think I gt a fair chance because he didn't tell us our tack time they just choose the fastest one now I have to wait 6 months and I know I did a good job

The absolute worst! Arrived at 6:30 for a 7 appointment it's 11:30 and still 6 trucks in front of me. 22 dock doors and only using one door for OTR deliveries. If I'm lucky I'll be out of here by 3pm
My wife and I toured this facility and were very impressed. It seems like a very nice place to be employed as the workers we spoke with spoke very highly about working here. The tour felt hurried and we wished we could have spent a little more time watching the different steps of assembling a Toyota Corolla. The robotics were facinating. The plant is hugh, I recall sits on 1700 acres. They loves my service dog Lance too.

You know we drive over the road for 12 hours to bring you your car parts and you leave us and the drivers before us at the loading dock for an hour waiting to get unloaded and you know we're here. We have no where to go to use the bathroom. DO YOUR JOB AND UNLOAD THESE VEHICLE'S
Excellent work love vehicles rear view application test driving field awesome and all staff friendly and understanding few incidents but always handled correctly so far
