Big Herb describes this location as the worst in the nation. I will drive by this one every time and go to Memphis first. There is no professionalism with the staff. It's as if you are pestering them when you enter the door. Today we were in a rush and went in prepared with part number we looked up online. It showed it to be in stock. Savannah was the employees name this time. She was hateful. When given the part number, she briefly looked at computer and said we don't have it. When asked if she would check anyway, she went to other computer and then went to check. Once she returned with the part that was indeed in stock, she was huffing. She acted like it was killing her to do her job. We were told that every other item we needed wasn't in stock. Very common items. Paid with cash. She literally threw the bills and change on the counter and turned and walked away. It was a terrible experience. Seems Autozone will hire anyone these days. This will be the last time in my life that this company will get a dime from my family. We are done. Think twice before dealing with this location.
Big Herb returned after 3 years for some washer fluid. Staff was different and seemed better. Decent experience. I may attempt oil change supplies in the future and see what happens here. Bumer stars from 1 to 3. Gotta really earn the next 2. Thanks!
They were very helpful, Orginally the AutoZone in Tupelo gave me the wrong starter and my truck would not crank. We compared everything an you can see where the flywheel was cutting into the starter housing. They ordered me the right starter. Thanks guys.
I had a blown tire on my vehicle a Yukon but the bottle jack in it works fine but it was raining and have family in the truck even though I was on the lot of Auto Zone and walked in if I can borrow a jack to speed up the process of changing the tire anyway I was told that I have to buy one if I need the job done. It’s a shame it’s not about buying a jack but to have compassion that what if this happens to me
Two of the employees at this location refused to provide service and the third employee doesn't seem to know anything about the products in the store. The third employee did not attempt to search for the product and didn't even try to look for it on the computer.
Went the autozone to get them to match some bearings They acted like they was lost and didn't know what was going on And then eventually just walked off and acted like they forgot about me Worst experience I've ever had at autozone
I recently visited AutoZone to purchase a new battery for my car. I used their app to purchase the battery, but unfortunately, the battery that was sent to me didn't fit my car even though the app said it would. However, the worker at AutoZone was extremely helpful and quickly realized that the battery was too large for my car. He took the time to help me find the right battery and even swapped it out for me. The experience was fantastic, and I was impressed with the level of service that I received. The worker's knowledge and expertise were truly appreciated, and it made a frustrating situation much more manageable. I highly recommend AutoZone for all your car needs. Their helpful and knowledgeable staff made my experience enjoyable, and I will definitely be returning for future purchases. If you want exceptional customer service and expertise, AutoZone is the place to go!
On a trip from California my truck starts acting up. I drive to this location to use their nationally promoted diagnostic tool. I find an empty store with two employees who could care less about helping me or "offering advice" as the AutoZone brand boasts. They hand me the computer and shout out instructions. Couldn't find the port, didn't know how to use it- won't ever use AutoZone again.
Nice store with nice employees. For the most part anyway. Not exactly the most knowledgeable staff but hey, either one will darn sure help you change your blinker fluid. Won't even ask you to hold the light for em. Nah, really great group of people to say the least. I'd bet they're even laughing a little rather than getting upset. That's should tell you what you need to know right there. Good folks who know how to laugh and will do just about anything in their power to help anyone of their customers. Keep it up guys, and gal.
Stoped for coolant, but Frank , store manager, during a casual conversation about an engine light, went beyond call of duty to diagnose cause and reset the warning light, for the record took my Maybach 57S 3007 to a Mercedes dealership , took me a week to get an appointment, was charged one hour labor ($165) and had to wait inexplicably 5 hours I kid you not! Amd my beef with them Mercedes dealership refused to reset engine light without repairs they said.
Anyway Frank reset for free and refused a cash tip.I will get all my car supplies from Aitozone and highly recommend them, they credited my faith in humanity , stay away from Nervedes dealerships they are a den of thieves, dishonest mechanisms , and inept service people, thanks autozone for coming to the rescue .
Very friendly employees. My wife radio had abruptly quit working and she stopped by here and they were kind enough to find and replace the fuse that was blown.
IN THE OUTER BOUNDS SERVICE: Sometimes, when you are out and about and lil Ms Mother Nature decides to take a turn, you just have to do what you've put off for the longest because you just didn't have the time. So. On this trip, it started and as I was approaching the area, I knew where I had to stop to get what I needed since there aren't any major traveler's stops along this way. Consider this your mechanical needs or specialty needs point if you are out here it is a major provider of all things automotive and some electronics accessories. I ran into a fellow Veteran here serving from 99 - 04 (don't beat me up if I got that wrong CD). I thanked him for his service since mine was well long before his. He and I talked about his time there his current path and the fact that he has a younger brother going in. It is a choice made by many and not made lightly. He offered to assist me with my wipers and of course being me I initially decline but then acquiesced and joked with him about being like my brother...taking over. It was nice seeing him happy with his work and we'll recognized by the locals in the area as they arrived while he and I were outside. The store is situated in a great spot next to a fueling, food, and shopping complex a bit down the road so you pretty much have everything you'd need when traveling along that stretch. Clean, new, spacious layout with appealing displays to easily allow for product selection. Stop in and say hello to their team. 😎
A assistive service I'm grateful of because I'm one if those guys that was never into auto mechanics or any thing related to vehicles. I can come here and give explanations or a picture and they'll know what I need. They even comes out and look at the problem themselves.
I recommend auto zone to everyone can get any part for most all types of 🚗 even can rent an loan tools needed to fix on them as well I use auto zone relegously
Very disappointed in the service. A lady asked if we needed help and we replied not at the moment. When we went to check out, we were needing some information about a product and she tried to look up the wrong item to start with. Told us the wrong information about our vehicle and then ignored us when we had questions. She finally told us she didn't know nothing about what we were talking about and that we would have to do some research on it. And to top that off as she handed our receipt she asked if wanted to buy something else, we didn't hear what she said asked if she would repeat that. She replied with have a good day! I know one employee is not a reason to not come back but the whole weekend made us second think about it for sure.
Bobby, Whitney and the rest of the staff are AMAZING! Not only are they very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, they also go above and beyond to take care their customers! My wife and I were visitingTunica for a quick get away. We live 4.5 hours away. All of a sudden we get to one of the casino's and my car just dies. I thought for sure it was my battery, it actually ended up being my alternator. Knowing our situation and being so far away from home and also knowing that there was not a mechanic close enough to get my vehicle too...Bobby volunteered on his day off to, after having to take his kids to a baby sitter and drive the distance into work, changed out my alternator and belt right there in the Autozone parking lot. On top of that he refused to take payment for the job. When offered for payment he simply replied that he knows what it is like being far away from home and being in a situation like ours and just wanted to make sure we get home safely! In a world that seems to be going to hell, it is nice to know that there is still amazing kind hearted people like Bobby, Whitney, and the rest of the Autozone staff at the Tunica store location! Thanks to them we made it home safely and they restored a lot of my faith back into humanity! They have also turned me into a Autozone customer for life!
