Outstanding customer service! Realized my battery was very weak a few minutes before their closing time. They cheerfully put a new one on for me even though that made them have to stay over at least ten minutes. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
The manager was super helpful and kind, she helped me diagnose my vehicle and offered guidance and expertise that allowed me to feel confident in managing the repair. Big shout out to the manager, she is awesome, thanks again for the great service!
Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts today. Because my Wifes 2010 Ford Taurus sel wouldn't come out of park . And I noticed the brake lights wasn't working. They looked up the problem and sold me the part . Was on my way to a family reunion in Mississippi, and had car problems. This was my second stop. And found the parts that my car was diagnosed as needing. The employees were great and more than willing to help me. And considering that I'm not a car guy...they must have had patience of gold.

Never buy hybrid battery from o'Reilly's they are garbage.. bought one lasted 3 months got Other one lasted six months ..manager in southaven refused to help. Mean green battery company life time transferable warranty .400 dollars cheaper..
O'Reilly's in Iuka has always been where i go for any automotive things i need! The manager i think Forest Brown is absolutely wonderful and if he isnt the manager HE SHOULD BE!!! and the rest of the workers are nice to all except for one lady!
At my particular visit the store was empty other than myself and 2 employees so I was free to browse around the store even though I found what I went for within the first 2 minutes of my visit
