JJ Jackson gave extremely great customer service! He was very helpful and helped me to figure out the parts I needed for my car. I appreciate his patience too every time I come in. Give that man a raise. I only shop there for my parts now.
Very helpful staff. I go here over the other parts store across the street. I don't like getting home and getting it tore apart, and to find out they gave you the wrong part. Not at O'Reillys. Very knowledgeable and polite. They also offer free services for people who need help with basic minor issues.
I had an exceptional experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Raymond. I stopped by to purchase some coolant for my truck, and Raymond went above and beyond to help. Not only did he assist me in finding the right product, but he also took the extra step of coming out to my truck and adding the coolant himself.

I visited the Senatobia, MS location today because my truck's engine service light was on and needing attention. James assisted me and used his handy-dandy machine to diagnose the issue. I asked for recommendations to get the issue repaired and James happily obliged. He provided me four mechanics in my local area. He also explained the price points for each of the mechanics. This gives me options. James is customer-focused, professional, and patient.

Found this O’RILEYS when my car started missing. Employee on Sunday January 30 was very helpful. Borrowed their code reader and he was very helpful with print offs. Although he didn’t have the part, he could have it the next morning.
I did find the part elsewhere ( not as knowledgeable) but was able to fix it and continue on down the road.

Decent place to do business, I go here when NAPA is closed or sometimes does not have what I need.
Seems like the wait to get checked out, even for simple otc items takes a while.

Running hot that morning coming from out of town. Decided to change thermostat before my two hr drive home. Change went well until I broke another part during the repair. Debra and Brittany were over the top helpful, trying to identify/locate this part. In the end, a customer came in and "MacGyvered" a permanent solution that saved me hundreds and even more importantly, time. I cant remember his name but I have to say I am extremely thankful and impressed with Oreillys, Brittany Debra, helpful customer and Senatobia as a whole. Great people. Great town.
Just had the worst experience with O’Reilly online ordering really kind of a joke still don’t understand how you can take somebody’s money not give them the product and then tell them they have to wait 3 to 5 days for you to refund their money back on their card kind of feel robbed you can bet I won’t ever buy another thing from this company
I ordered a part and had to go up there 4 seperate times to pick it up after I had been told it was there. When they finally got it I was accused of not paying for it. If you shop there keep your receipts

Wonderful sales man, goes over and out of the way to help. Sunday, 09/24/17, I broke down at the rest area in I55 at mile post 276 north. Call several place and got the same response, it will be tomorrow before we can deliver. But James told me he would bring it time in his way home after work. He brought it to me and even let my dog set in his car with a/c till I got the starter on. God bless them at this store.
