I live over 4 hours away, so it was difficult to just drive and take a look at a truck that I was interested in. Bryce and the rest of the team made it super easy for me, answering my questions promptly. He took the time to FaceTime me so that I could take a look at the truck in more detail. I would recommend to any of my friends and family, and I would definitely do business with them again.

I walked in an asked to look at some vehicles with a price range i had wanted. Just bought an SUV and it was the easiest and best purchase I've ever made. Asked Doug to find a car within certain parameters and he came through big time. Also gave me more for my trade than I expected. I can't say enough good things about them.

Mid-South Truck exchange had the best prices for trailers that I could find within 100 miles. Some places appeared cheaper until you compare the quality. Go see them and you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely the worst experience. Ever! We purchased an Explorer from them, not even 5 days into there were significant problems. We took it back they agreed to fix the issue at hand, but come to find out they only put a band-aid over it. We have literally only owned it for five months, and now it sits in a mechanic shop with a bill that is close to $4700 and a list of issue a mile long. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! No help from Jason either. He avoids phone calls and knows NOTHING! It truly is a shame that a place of business would take your money for a vehicle and allow someone to waste their hard earned money. This car lot needs to own up to their word! IF I COULD LEAVE THE STARS WITH NONE SELECTED, I WOULD!!!!

The worst! I bought my truck in January and its been in the shop more than 5x since. Longest time in shop was a month, and it's still not running properly. I'm paying for a bumper to bumper warranty that won't fix anything. Constantly coming out of pocket for everything! I'm very frustrated. I'm basically paying a note for nothing. Such a big inconvenience! Never again!

I found a truck I wanted and talked to Jonathan. The truck was everything they said it would be and we were able to make a deal. This is a 1st class dealer who did everything thing I asked. I had some issues w the police over a temp tag. Jonathan went above and beyond what any dealer I have dealt with before and made accommodations for me till I was able to get it tagged. Not only did they have a lot of nice trucks but Jonathan is a first class salesman who installed a part himself to get me on my way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truck!

If you're looking for a new trailer these are the guys to go to super friendly. I just recently purchased the 7x24-ft heavy duty equipment trailer and these guys made it absolutely hassle-free. One of the only trailer dealers I know that offer 11 months same as cash financing. I was literally in and out in about 45 minutes and that's with them double check and everything over the trailer to make sure I was good to make a hundred mile drive back home. Also have a bunch of nice trucks there so you're looking for a truck also I would give these guys a call.

Had a great buying experience here. Michael Mcquirter went well above and beyond with the sell. I bought a 6x12 SA enclosed trailer and he stayed late on his own time to ensure that I was familiar with and knew every detail about the trailer, it’s maintenance upkeep and towing habits. This is what Customer Service is supposed to be! Will definitely buy again from him and will be referring all my friends his way!

Doug, Michael and Jonathan are excellent! We made the trip down there to check out a nice SUV. Unfortunately the size didn’t work for us BUT these are good, honest folks who push no pressure and want to ensure you’re happy, fairly treated and will come back. I looked across 2 time zones, checked in 7 states, and drove about a thousand miles looking at trucks. Midsouth Truck Exchange had the best choice by far and by thousands with far less rust. When other dealers look like they are passing a stone when offering incentives, Michael McQuirter offered them without hesitation. He was a buyers dream.

I drove 4 hours to test drive and purchase a Chevy Colorado. They went above and beyond to answer questions before I made the long drive. Everything was exactly how they described with no surprises when I arrived. One of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle that I've ever had. Bought a truck. Paid cash. Truck lasted less than 30 days before motor completely needed rebuilding. Shoulda took it to a mechanic before buying. Will never step foot on the lot again and will never advise somebody to purchase from this place.

Told me the gas cap was why the check engine light was on and turns out that really wasn't it. It wasn't nothing serious that was actually wrong with it but they lied for no reason it was just the tire sensors. But also they said the roaders what was wrong with the breaks but I got those redone and that wasn't the problem so I got the break pads looked at it and they were fine but turns out I'm going to have to get my hubs replaces which is 1,000 problem. It's a nice truck all together but it's just the dishonesty and the fact that they could have fixed it before selling it and not lie about it.

Recently had the pleasure of finding a 2007 Chevy Avalanche here, meeting Michael and a couple of other folks here. Business was professional, overall easy to deal with and mostly I felt treated as a valued customer. If there was a 4.5, I would ding a bit regarding communications, but overall, I really had no issues they didn't address. We had two communication issues, but I addressed them to Michael and he really came across in the end. In the excellent customer service department, he arranged for a couple of hard to get inspections and repair trips, AND he collected me at the Memphis airport, earning the rating.
