We were in need of an engine for our son's 2017 F150 and found it online states away at OK Auto Parts. My husband spoke with Nick and he answered all of the questions we had, explained shipping and pricing to a T. We recieved the engine on the day NIck said it would arrive- in a very nicely built crate with all hoses and openings sealed up with plugs and incredibly clean. Install was a breeze. We really appreciate Nick for all his help and honesty.
Unprofessional and Dishonest Shipping Practices
I recently tried to buy a sunroof glass from OK Auto Parts. I had no issue with the price of the glass itself — it was the listed price. The real problem was the shipping. The salesman was extremely rude and refused to use my FedEx account number for shipping, even after I provided it. Instead, he insisted on handling the shipping himself and tried to charge me nearly 300% more than the actual cost. That’s unacceptable. I won’t do business with a company that operates like this — dishonest and totally unprofessional.
Justin at OK Auto Parts did an amazing job getting me a door handle for my pick up. It took him only few minutes when I called to get payment finalized and part on its way. Should receive the part in less than three days via fedex. Highly recommend them!

The product is damaged because there is a bearing that is loose and the seller should have checked it before sending it because the shipping is $40 which was not indicated on the page. It is very expensive for such a small part. I bought the part with taxes and shipping for $180. They only returned $116. I lost my $70 so I do not recommend anyone to buy parts here, scammers and scammers. For slandering me. May God punish you for this, for your damaged part. I sent it to you. You checked it. Do you see that it is damaged? I have video evidence that your part is bad. May God curse you.

Purchased a set of rear axles for my bmw off eBay, the axles are in GREAT condition I’ve already completed a 5000 miles road trip with them! and they priced them very reasonable compared to my local yards, and they also used a lot of bubble wrap for the package!
Purchased a set of calipers off of them on Ebay. Leaving a review for them as they have amazing response times online to all of my questions and where able to verify some info for my on the used parts i wanted to buy! This is rare on the online world! check them out they are great to work with!

Justin and the entire team at OK Auto are top notch! I purchased a 2022 BMW X7 engine for a great price. Justin set me at ease and happily sent me many photos. They worked with me on payment options. This was a very expensive used engine and I felt confident dealing with OK Auto that they would honor their warranty if it came down to it. Fortunately, the engine was in great shape and runs perfectly! The engine was shipped fast, securely and all openings were plugged to prevent anything from entering during transit. I needed an extra part that they had but wasn't included with the engine and Justin was quick to ship it out to me at no cost. Truly a great experience! Happy to deal with them in the future.
They had an Impala SS cruise control module that is hard to find at a fair price. I ordered it from them late Thursday afternoon and it was on my doorstep early Saturday afternoon. The part was in excellent shape and works great! OK Auto Parts are great to do business with and I highly recommend them. They deserve 6 stars!

Not only was the part as described but it was packaged and protected so well, I almost thought I was sent the wrong item just by the huge size of the box. I installed it this past weekend and now my brakes work just like new again. I have a another purchase on the way and have nothing but confidence in the parts they sell. Have a 1996 Corvette that I inherited from father-in-law and needed some repair parts that were hard to find. Chris worked incredibly hard to get me the right pieces for a 1999 Ford Super Duty. Thanks Chris! Chris was able to locate me some front and rear seats for my new project. Justin called me personally about delays in shipping. He informed me why and sure enough he was right on. I had forgot what is happening within that industry. I had not ordered anything that large during this Pandemic. This afternoon, I picked my camp trailer at a repair shop and found out he had been waiting for an awning for another trailer! This is the first time I've had to purchase an engine and transmission. I had to have called Michael a thousand times with a thousand different questions. Every time was no different than the first time very patient and informative, explaining everything that would be needed for my project.
