I regretfully did business with copart on selling a vehicle & the transaction on pick up was great. The tower told us the bumper would be fine not attaching it back to car & actually helped us put it in the car. Well I got a call from their customer service which was obviously not English speaking but was so very rude & talked to me like crap! Went from $586 check to him telling me don't cash it's voided & I'd be getting 350. I was dumbfounded & tried explaining that we asked the towe guy b/c we'd def attached it back if he'd said so but the cs adamantly without listening or trying to work with me-he just shut me down & that was the end. I'm disgusted with the online reps that I had to unfortunately deal with. Worst experience ever!!!!
I would have give a 5th star, but your commicatuon needs to improve. I had to call to confirm schedule pickup. But that was not comunicated with the driver. Thankful he took it upon himself to call at 5:05 long after the schedule pickup (1-5pm) because he happened to be in the area. According to his schedule my car was supposed t I be pickup on Saturday. A said would have been great, but that was not even an option when I scheduled the pickup.
The entire experience was fast, easy and very friendly. The pick up driver was extremely helpful and friendly and got to me within a day of selling my vehicle. I will definitely use this company in the future and I recommend them to anyone
I needed to get rid of a vehicle that had run its course. I was told to check into some of the Company's that would buy your junk vehicle since I had no intention of bringing it back to my home and parting it out. Dealing with Cash For Cars was pretty straightforward, I accepted their offer, scheduled the pickup and met the tow truck Driver at the repair shop. After removing my tag and personal items from the vehicle I signed my Title and received the check, it was an easy process.
Kouser did fine. Somewhere during the call, she began to handle me a little rough. Kouser knows her job, but she needs to learn how to be more patient with her customers. I had to call back in to schedule the pickup with dispatch because my cell lost the signal. Copart came the next day for a pickup at time quoted. The driver had the check in hand and we had the keys and title. It was a smooth exchange.
They made the whole process easy and quick and were quite friendly and the tow driver was courteous and knowledgeable and removed our vehicle quickly and safely and gave us our check on the spot. Will use again if we ever have another unsalable vehicle.

The service was legit, quick, and they picked up my vehicle. Unfortunately, I believe the company banks on customers wanting to get rid of their cars quickly. I was offered less than $1.5K for a 2013 Nissan Altima and the main representative I corresponded with was fairly rude. She seemed to rush the process and expect the sellers to know their requests despite being unknowledgeable of the process.
My experience was terrible with dealing with the first driver that was supposed to call me ahead of town to pick up car from dealership. He called 10 minutes before he made it to pick up car. Then as I was on my way in all this traffics. He calls and say he don’t get paid overtime and is leaving the dealership So i had to turn around and go back home. Never heard back from him. So the next driver called me early to let me know he was on his way to pick up my car. That was much better then the first driver. Bad experience. Thank you for the second driver.

The Customer representatives that I spoke With, via phone,were very helpful. Not to mention the tow truck drivers' that were quick with service and conducting business in a very discreet and of courteous nature. All the while very professionally. Though I would say y'all could have gave me a lil' taste more coin
It was very unprofessional. The ladies at the front desk were very snappy and rude. They almost forgot to get the title from me and tried to send me out before they gave me my check. I felt rushed and I helped as it was my first time ever using your services
